RENEWAL PROSES DAN APLIKASINYA PADA PEMODELAN ESTIMASI BIAYA KERUSAKAN MESIN PRODUKSI

Pada skripsi ini dibahas mengenai perumuman dari proses Poisson, yaitu renewal process. Renewal process adalah suatu counting process yang berkaitan dengan barisan peubah acak tak negatif saling bebas dan berdistribusi identik yaitu berdistribusi sebarang yang menyatakan waktu antar kejadian. Selanjutnya ditentukan fungsi renewal yang berkaitan. Fungsi renewal tersebut akan berguna untuk menyelesaikan beberapa karakteristik lebih lanjut pada renewal process. Contoh permasalahan berkaitan dengan renewal process yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini adalah permasalahan estimasi biaya kerusakan mesin produksi. Setiap dilakukan penggantian mesin dibutuhkan biaya. Selanjutnya dapat dihitung total biaya kerusakan untuk kurun waktu tertentu. Nilai harapan biaya kerusakan tersebut dianalisis menggunakan model proses Poisson homogen dan renewal process dengan waktu antar kejadian berdistribusi Erlang(2). Selain itu akhir pembahasan didapatkan solusi umum mean dan variansi untuk total biaya, dengan dan tanpa pendiskontoan.

The generalization of Poisson process is discussed in this thesis. That is renewal process. The renewal process is a counting process with a sequence of non-negative, independent and identically distributed random variable that denotes the time between events. Next, the corresponding renewal function is determined. The renewal function will be useful to obtain some more further characteristics in the renewal process. The problems discussed in this thesis are the problem of estimation of production machine damage cost. Every machine replacement required a cost. Furthermore, the total cost of damage can be calculated for a period of time. The expected cost of damage is typically analyzed based on the assumptions of the homogeneous Poisson process and the renewal process with Erlang(2) distribution in an infinite time horizon and at the end of the discussion there is a general solution of mean and variance for total cost, with and without discounting.
