Interaksi Antar Aktor dalam Pembangunan Hotel Cordela Kartika Dewi studi kasus di Kelurahan Ngampilan, Kecamatan Ngampilan, Kota Yogyakarta

Meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, khususnya di Kota Yogyakarta secara tidak langsung berdampak pada berbagai sektor, salah satunya adalah sektor perhotelan. Seiring dengan peningkatan pembangunan hotel di Yogyakarta, timbul berbagai penolakan terhadap pembangunan hotel yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Pemerintah kota Yogyakarta sebagai regulator dan pengawas berupaya menengahi konflik antara masyarakat dan pihak swasta tersebut. Namun, hingga hotel sudah beroperasi, masyarakat masih melakukan penolakan terhadap keberadaan hotel tersebut. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah pembangunan Hotel Cordela Kartika Dewi di Kelurahan Ngampilan, Kecamatan Ngampilan, Kota Yogyakarta. Melihat fenomena tersebut, peneliti ingin melihat lebih detail mengenai pola interaksi sosial pihak pemerintah, swasta, dan masyarakat dalam mengatasi konflik penolakan masyarakat terhadap pembangunan Hotel Cordela Kartika Dewi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik snow ball. Dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis data sekunder; peneliti mendapatkan informasi untuk mendiskripsikan pola-pola interaksi antar aktor dalam konflik penolakan masyarakat terhadap pembangunan Hotel Cordela Kartika Dewi.

The increasing number of tourists in the province of Yogyakarta, especially in the city of Yogyakarta indirect impact on the various sectors, one of which is the hospitality sector. Along with the increase in the construction of hotels in Yogyakarta, raised various rejection of the construction of the hotel by the community. Yogyakarta city government as a regulator and supervisor attempt to mediate the conflict between the public and the private sector. However, to hotels already in operation, the public is still denial of the existence of that hotel. The case studies in this research is the development of Hotel Cordela Kartika Dewi in Sub Ngampilan, District Ngampilan, Yogyakarta. Seeing this phenomenon, researcher wanted to see more detail about the social interaction patterns government, private, and community in addressing conflicts rejection of society towards the development of Hotel Cordela Kartika Dewi. In this study, researcher used qualitative methods with a snow ball technique. With in-depth interviews, observation, and analysis of secondary data; researcher got information to describe patterns of interaction between actors in the conflict rejection of society towards the development of Hotel Cordela Kartika Dewi.
