PEMASANGAN GELANG KUNING (RISIKO JATUH) SEBAGAI IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PATIENT SAFETY DI RUANG PERAWATAN KELAS III MELATI I RSUD DR MOEWARDI SURAKARTA

Latar belakang: Kejadian jatuh (fall) pada pasien rawat inap adalah salah satu peristiwa sentinel yang paling sering dilaporkan. Dalam pelaksanaan program patient safety di rumahsakit, kejadian pasien jatuh merupakan salah satu indikator berjalan tidaknya pelaksanaan program ini. Salah satu upaya pencegahan pasien jatuh adalah dengan pemasangan gelang kuning pada pasien dengan risiko jatuh. Tujuan Penelitian:Menganalisis pengaruh pemasangan gelang kuning (risiko jatuh) sebagai implementasi program patient safety di ruang perawatan Kelas III Melati I RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Dr. Moewardi dengan target subjek adalah keseluruhan pasien yang dirawat di ruang perawatan Kelas III Melati I yang menggunakan gelang kuning pada batasan periode waktu tertentu; November - Desember 2016; dengan metode sampling konsekutif. HasilPenelitian: Penelitian ini menguraikan tentang pengaruh variable independen; pasien, lingkungan, dan pengetahuan perawat terhadap variable dependen, yaitu tingkat kepatuhan SPO di ruang perawatan Kelas III Melati I RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta. Hasilnya diperoleh bahwa pasien dan pengetahuan perawat berpengaruh signifikan dengan menyumbang sebesar 75,8 % terhadap kepatuhan pelaksanaan SPO di ruang perawatan Kelas III Melati I RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Kesimpulan: StandarProsedurOperasional (SPO) pencegahan pasien jatuh merupakan instrumen yang dipakai dalam prosedur pemasangan gelang kuning (risiko jatuh) memiliki pengaruh terhadap implementasi program patient safety di RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta. Dan menunjukkan hasil bahwa pemasangan gelang kuning (risiko jatuh) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap upaya pengurangan risiko jatuh dan kepatuhan pelaksanaan pemasangan gelang kuning telah sesuai dengan SPO pencegahan jatuh di rawat inap Kelas III Melati I RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta

Objective: Event of falls (falls) in hospitalized patients is one of the events most frequently reported sentinel. In the implementation of the program of patient safety in hospitals, the incidence of patient falls is one indicator of the success program implementation. One of the prevention of patient falls is by installing yellow bracelet in risk of fallspatients. Objectives: To analyze the effect of the installation of the yellow bracelet (risk of falls) as the implementation of patient safety in the patient’s room Class III Melati I RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta. Method: This research is observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted at RSUD Dr. Moewardi with the target subject is treated in the patient's rooms Class III Melati Ioverall, which use yellow bracelet on the limits specified time period; November - December, 2016; with consecutive sampling method. Result:This study describes the influence of the independent variables; patients, the environment, and knowledge of nurses on the dependent variable, namely the level of compliance of SPO in the patients room Class III Melati I RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta. The result showed that the patient and the nurses knowledge with a significant influence accounted for 75.8 % of the compliance of the implementation of the SPO in the patients room Class III Melati I RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Conclusion: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) prevention of patient falls are the instruments used in the procedure of installation of the yellow bracelet (risk of falls) has an influence on the implementation of the patient safety program in RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta. And the results show that the installation of the yellow bracelet (risk of falls) has a significant influence on the effort of minimizing falls risk and the submission of yellow bracelet installation complies with the submission of SPO fall prevention in patient’s room Class III Melati I RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta
