Agroindustri sayuran olahan merupakan salah satu industri yang berkembang pada saat ini serta membuka peluang ekspor yang terus meningkat dan tahun ketahun. Dalam upaya meningkatkan ekspor beberapa ha1 yang harus dipahami oleh kalangan pengusaha dan pemerintah antara lain diversivikasi produk dan varietas, penanganan panen dan pasca panen, proses pegolahan termasuk kemasannya, serta membuka jaringan ekspor dan penelolaan usaha pada skala yang efisien. Daya serap pasar sayur asinan diprediksi akan terus meningkat untuk masa yang akan datang, ekspor sayuran dalam bentuk segar maupun olahan ke Jepang dalam kurun waktu 1994-2000 terus mengalami peningkatan, Dengan mendasarkan pada kondisi yang ada PT. Murakabi Buana sebagai salah satu eksportir sayuran beku dan asinan terbesar di Indonesia yang mengekpor produknya ke Jepang tentu ham melakukan perencanaan yang matang terhadap bahan baku untuk kelancaran proses produksi sebagai upaya memenuhi permintaan ekspor terhadap produk-produknya. Analisis dengan menggunakan model linier programming, dengan fungsi tujuan memaksimalkan hasil panen, hasil praduksi asinan dan nilai pendapatan dengan kendala sumber daya luas lahan dan proses pengolahan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan penisahaan telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan proses produksi dan pesanadpermintaah. Hasil analisis optimalisasi menunjukkan hasil panen dapat meningkat sebesar 1 1,26% dari panen aktual, hasil asinan meningkat 16,39% dari hasil asinan aktual dan nilai penjualan meningkat 3734% dari nilai penjualan aktual. Hasil analisis sensitivitas terhadap optimalisasi lahan plasma yang mengalami penundaan penanaman, nilai penjualan turun 1530% dari optimalisasi lahan plasma yang tidak mengalami penundaaan

The Agroindustry of processed vegetables is one of the industries developed in the recent period, and which creates the increasing chance of export from one year to another. In order to improve export, there are several things to be understood by the entrepreneurs or businessmen and the government such as diversifLing the product and the variety, handling the crop and post crop, processing and packagng, and opening the export network and managing the business effciently. It is predicted that the absorbing ability of the vegetable salted market will increase significantly in the future, the export of processed and fiesh vegetables to Japan in the period of 1994-2000 will increase continuously. Considering the present condition, PT. Murakabi Buana as one of the biggest exporters of frozen and salted vegetables in Indonesia, whch exports ness of the production process, in order to meet the export demands upon its product. A model of linear programming is employed in the analysis, with the goal function of maximalizing the crops, The salted production and income value with the obstacles of the width of land resources and the processing activity. The result of the analysis shows that the company has already been able to meet the needs of production process of production process and the demandorder. The result of optimalization analisys indicates that the crop can increase up to 1 1,26% from the actual crop, the salted productiofi increase up to 16,39% from the actual production, and the sale value increase up to 37,54% from the actual sale value. The analysis result of the sensitivity towards the optimalization of the plasma land of which the planting is delayed, the sale value decreases as much as 15,80% as compared to the optimalization of plasma land of which the planting is not delayed
