Latar belakang penulis memilih tema �PROSEDUR PENDIRIAN YAYASAN PADA KANTOR NOTARIS NURHADI DARUSSALAM S.H., M.Hum� karena penulis merasa tema tersebut menarik dan baik untuk dipelajari lebih dalam. Selain itu, penulis juga pernah menemui klien yang akan mendirikan sebuah yayasan pada kantor notaris & ppat. Sehingga penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui proses pendirian yayasan tersebut. Kegiatan praktik kerja lapangan memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman nyata kepada mahasiswa sebagai calon pekerja profesional agar dapat menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori profesi yang di dapatkan selama perkuliahan dengan praktik profesi dunia kerja nyata. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan pengalaman terhadap seluk-beluk praktik-praktik kegiatan dunia kerja serta dapat mengembangkan kesadaran sikap profesional mahasiswa sebagai calon pekerja yang bertanggung-jawab. Pelaksanaan kegiatan praktik kerja lapangan ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Notaris & PPAT Nurhadidarussalam S.H., M.Hum. Berdasarkan hasil yang dicapai selama melaksanakan praktik kerja lapangan dapat diketahui oleh penulis bahwa untuk mendirikan suatau yayasan harus sesuai dengan prosedur pendirian yayasan yang telah dimuat dalam Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 atas perubahan Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 16 Tahun 2001 tentang yayasan.

Background author chose the theme "PROCEDURES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FOUNDATION OFFICE NOTARYNURHADI DARUSSALAM S.H., M.Hum" because the author felt that theme interesting and good to be studied. In addition, the authors also never met a client who will establish a foundation in notary offices and PPAT. So the authors are interested to know the process of the establishment of the foundation. Job training activities has the objective to provide a real experience to students as candidates for professional workers in order to bridge the gap between theory profession that they got during the lectures by professional practice of the real working world. By following these activities, students are expected to develop the experience of the intricacies of practice activities of the workforce and to develop awareness of the professional attitude of students as potential employees responsible. Conducting a job training was conducted at the Office of Notary and PPAT Nurhadidarussalam S.H, M. Hum. Based on the results achieved during the implementation of job training can be known by the authors that to establish suatau foundation must be in accordance with the procedures for establishing a foundation that has been loaded in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 28 Year 2004 on changes to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2001 on the foundation ,
