Konsumsi dan Kecernaan Nutrien Pada Kambing Kacang Yang Mendapat Pakan Tambahan Sumber Protein

2016 | Skripsi | S1 ILMU DAN INDUSTRI PETERNAKANINTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsumsi dan kecernaan nutrien pada kambing kacang melalui perbaikan status nutrien pakan dengan pemberian pakan tambahan konsentrat sumber protein. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelompok Wanita tani Sumber Rejeki, Wonolagi, Ngleri, Playen, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan 15 ekor ternak kambing kacang betina umur 1 tahun dengan berat badan rata-rata 15 Kg. Ternak secara acak dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok perlakuan, dengan jumlah ulangan sebanyak lima ekor. Pemeliharaan dilakukan selama 2 bulan dengan waktu adaptasi 7 hari. Penelitian menggunakan tiga macam perlakuan ransum dengan dua level protein kasar, yaitu, K (Hijaun), P1 (hijauan + PK 25%), dan P2 (hijauan + PK 50%). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan bantuan software personal computer Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 16.0. penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan konsentrat sumber protein pada level pemberian 25% dari kebutuhan BK berpengaruh nyata pada kecernaan nutrien PK, penambahan konsentrat sumber protein pada level 50% berpengaruh nyata terhadap konsumsi, dan kecernaan nutrien terhadap perlakuan kontrol kecuali konsumsi nutrien SK dan LK. Dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa level pemberian pakan tambahan sumber protein 50% memberi hasil terbaik terhadap konsumsi dan kecernaan nutrien pakan kambing kacang betina.
ABSTRACT The research was conducted to determine the nutrient intake and digestibility of Kacang goat by improvement nutrition status based on supplement feed source of protein concentrate. This research was conducted in Wanita Tani Sumber Rejeki group, Wonolagi, Ngleri, Playen, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. The experiment used 15 heads of female Kacang goats 1 year old with average weight 15 kg. Goats were divided randomly into three groups of treatment, with the number of replications 5 goats. The treatment was regulated for 2 months with 7 days for adaptation period. The analysis implemented three ration treatments with two levels crude protein, that, K (feed forage from farmers), P1 (feed forage from farmers + 25% CP), and P2 (feed forage from farmers + 50% CP). The data obtained analyzed by the completely randomized design (CRD) with personal computer software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 16.0. The result show addition concentrated sources of protein at the level 25% of dry matter requirements significant in digestibility of nutrients CP, addition concentrate protein sources at the level of 50% significant on consumption and nutrient digestibility, ingested to control the consumption of nutrients except CF and EE. In conclusion, addition of the source level of protein 50% offered the best result of feed nutrient intake and digestibility of female Kacang goat.
