PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS PT. DUA KELINCI DIVISI WAFER MENGGUNAKAN METODE OBJECTIVE MATRIX (OMAX)

PT Dua Kelinci merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak pada bidang makanan. PT Dua Kelinci berada di jalan raya Pati – Kudus yaitu sekitar 6,3 km dari pusat kota Pati ke arah barat dan sekitar 37 km dari kota Kudus ke arah timur. Penilitian dilakukan pada divisi wafer. Produktivitas merupakan ukuran sampai sejauh mana sumber daya yang ada sebagai masukan sistem produksi dapat dikelola sedemikian rupa untuk mencapai hasil atau keluaran pada tingkat kuantitas tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan teknik analisis data. Pengukuran produktivitas pada PT Dua Kelinci divisi wafer dilakukan menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX). Faktor produktivitas yang digunakan dalam pengukuran adalah jumlah produk jadi, jumlah jam kerja normal, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan jumlah bahan baku. Berdasarkan pengukuran yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai indikator performansi tertinggi dicapai pada bulan Mei sebesar 447,54 sedangkan indikator performansi terendah terjadi pada bulan Februari sebesar 100. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan yaitu dengan meminimalkan scrap yang ada pada produk wafer itu sendiri dan scrap dari kemasan etiket.

Measurement productivity at PT Dua Kelinci wafer division performed using Objective Matrix (OMAX). Factors used in the measurement of productivity is the amount of the finished product, the number of normal working hours, number of employees, and the amount of raw material. Based on the measurements that have been done can be seen that the indicator value is the highest performance achieved in the month of May amounted to 472.13 while the lowest performance indicators in February amounted to 149.18. Proposed improvements given that by minimizing scrap that of the wafer itself and scrap of packaging etiquette.
