METODE PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN TIMBUNAN BORROW MATERIAL PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL SOLO-KERTOSONO, RUAS SOLO-NGAWI, PAKET 1B

Pekerjaan tanah pada proyek jalan merupakan salah satu item penting. Pada pekerjaan timbunan tanah, ada metode – metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan efektivitas dalam pengerjaannya dan kualitas yang bagus pada tanah timbunan.Tanah yang digunakan untuk timbunan berupa tanah urugan (borrow) yang sudah di uji di laboratorium independen dan memenuhi spesifikasi yang disyaratkan. Dalam penulisan laporan ini titik yang ditinjau untuk dihitung volume pekerjaannya mulai dari STA 51+300 sampai dengan STA 53+100. Material yang digunakan untuk timbunan berasal daru quarry Bumiaji dan Wonotolo. Proses pemadatan tanah menggunakan alat pemadat sheeps foot roller dan vibration smooth drum roller. Pengujian kepadatan di lapangan menggunakan metode kerucut pasir untuk setiap layer dan untuk top subgrade dilakukan juga Proof Rolling Down Method. Volume pekerjaan timbunan borrow material pada STA.51+300 sampai dengan STA.53+100 adalah 91629.84 LCM (Loose Cubic Meter). Dalam klasifikasi AASHTO material Bumiaji masuk dalam klasifikasi A-3 dan material dari Wonotolo termasuk dalam klasifikasi A-4, material cukup baik digunakan untuk timbunan. Percobaan pemadatan yang dilakukan dan hasil uji kepadatan di lapangan, material timbunan telah memenuhi syarat minimal 95% kepadatan relatif. Produktivitas mesin pemadatsheeps foot rollerdan vibrator smooth drum rollertidak efektif dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan timbunan borrow material.

In the classification AASHTO material Bumiaji in the A-3 and material from Wonotolo including in classification A-4, material good enough used for the piled. Compaction trial done and the result of the density in the field, the material are requirements at least 95% relative density. Productivity compaction machine sheeps foot roller and vibrator smooth drum roller is not effective in finish of work pile borrow material.
