Topik : Topik penelitian ini adalah kajian pemugaran Benda Cagar Budaya, dengan pokok kajian kaidah pemugaran di Masjid Gedhe Mataram Kotagede, Yogyakarta. Permasalahan dan Tujuan : 1. Bagaimana proses pelaksanaan pemugaran di Masjid Gedhe Mataram Kotagede 2015? 2. Apakah pelaksanaan pemugaran Masjid Gedhe Mataram Kotagede tahun 2015 sudah sesuai kaidah-kaidah pelestarian di Indonesia? Tujuan penelitian : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil dari pemugaran Masjid Gede Mataram Kotagede tahun 2015 yang sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah pelestarian di Indonesia, dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Kebudayaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode : Metode penalaran yang digunakan adalah penalaran induktif sedangkan metode berupa evaluatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menilai kaidah-kaidah pemugaran menurut Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No 11 Tahun 2010 Pasal 77 tentang Pemugaran Bangunan Cagar Budaya dan Peraturan Daerah DIY No 6 Tahun 2012 tentang cara rekonstruksi, konsolidasi, rehabilitasi, dan restorasi Kesimpulan : Penilaian terhadap pemugaran Masjid Gedhe Mataram Kotagede 2015 dengan menggunakan kaidah-kaidah pemugaran menurut Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No 11 Tahun 2010 Pasal 77 tentang Pemugaran Bangunan Cagar Budaya dan Peraturan Daerah DIY No 6 Tahun 2012 tentang cara rekonstruksi, konsolidasi, rehabilitasi, dan restorasi termasuk sudah memenuhi syarat. Topic: This research is a study of restoration about cultural heritage buildings, with the main object is restoration in Masjid Gedhe Mataram Kotagede, Yogyakarta. Reseach Question and goals : 1. How was the process of restoration on the Masjid Gedhe Mataram Kotagede 2015? 2. Whether the implementation of the restoration of the Masjid Gedhe Mataram Kotagede had been precise according to the rules of preservation in Indonesia? Goals: The goals this research is to the result of restoration the Mosque Gedhe Mataram Kotagede 2015 regarding to the rules of preservation in Indonesia, held by Dinas Kebudayaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Method: This research uses inductive logic and the method type is evaluative research. The data is collected by observation, interview, and literature review. The data analysis was by assessing the regulation of preservation regarding to The Law of Republic of Indonesia number 11 year 2010 article 77 about restoration of cultural heritage buildings and local regulation from Especial Province of Yogyakarta no 6 year 2012 about procedure reconstruction, consolidation, rehabilitation, and restoration. Conclusion: From the assessment to the restoration of The Masjid Gedhe Mataram Kotagede 2015 with use of the regulation of restoration according to Republic of Indonesia Law number 11 year 2010 article 77 about restoration of cultural heritage buildings and local regulation of especial Province of Yogyakarta number 6 year 2012 about the procedure of reconstruction, consolidation, rehabilitation and restoration is qualified the regulation. After the assement is finished, the writer hopes this thesis would be useful for cultural heritage restoration studies in the future.
