PENINGKATAN KINERJA FREIGHT FORWARDER PT. AGILITY INTERNATIONAL MELALUI PENGUKURAN KINERJA DENGAN BALANCED SCORECARD PADA EKSPOR IMPOR UDARA

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk merekomendasikan inisiatif strategik yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja ekspor impor udara pada PT Agility International dengan melihat perbandingan antara target performance dengan actual performance perusahaan dalam ekspor impor udara dengan empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Agility International memiliki hasil kinerja ekspor impor udara yang baik pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Agustus 2015. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan secara rinci inisiatifinisiatif strategik bagi PT. Agility International untuk meningkatkan kinerja ekspor impor udara.

This study was intended to recommend strategic initiatives which can improve the performance of the air export-import at PT. Agility International with comparasion between target performance and actual performance by implementing the four perspective of Balanced Scorecard. The result of this research showed that PT. Agility International had the good result of air export-import performance in January to August 2015. According to this result, there were detailed summary of strategic initiatives for PT. Agility International to improve performance of the air export-import.
