EVALUASI PENERAPAN BALANCED SCORECARD SEBAGAI ALAT PENGUKURAN KINERJA ORGANISASI (Studi Kasus Bank X, Unit Kerja IT Operations Group)

Pencapaian visi perusahaan memerlukan adanya keselarasan eksekusi strategi operasional di seluruh unit kerja dengan strategi perusahaan. Eksekusi strategi operasional dapat dikontrol oleh suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja. Implementasi sistem pengukuran kinerja yang tepat akan menjaga perusahaan untuk fokus pada hal - hal yang dinilai penting bagi pencapaian visi perusahaan. Balanced Scorecard telah di implementasikan di Bank X sebagai sistem pengukuran kinerja sejak tahun 2005 mulai dari level perusahaan hingga individu pegawai. Salah satu penerapannya adalah di Unit Kerja IT Operations Group . Sampai dengan saat ini evaluasi proses penyusunan Balanced Scorecard IT Operations Group belum pernah dilakukan. Selain itu, pemilihan ukuran kinerja sebagai Key Performance Indicator (KPI) perlu dievaluasi karena belum benar - benar mencerminkan kinerja IT Operations Group. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap proses penyusunan Balanced Scorecard dan pemilihan ukuran kinerja sebagai Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang telah diimplementasikan IT Operations Group dengan konsep Six Stage Management System, serta memberikan usulan Balanced Scorecard yang selaras dengan visi, misi dan strategi perusahaan dan dapat menjadikan IT sebagai suatu komponen keunggulan bersaing perusahaan.

The achievement of the company's vision requires the alignment between corporate strategy and operational strategy. Operational strategy execution can be controlled by a performance measurement system. Implementation of appropriate performance measurement system will keep the company focus on things that considered essential for achieving the company's vision. Balanced Scorecard has been implemented in Bank X as a performance measurement system since 2005, from corporate level to the individual. One of the implementation is in IT Operations Group. Until right now, evaluation process of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard has not been done. In addition, the selection of performance measures as a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) should be evaluated because it has not really reflect the performance of IT Operations Group. This study was conducted to evaluate the implementation and the selection of the Balanced Scorecard as a performance measure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that have implemented IT Operations Group based on Six Stage Management System, as well as giving the proposed Balanced Scorecard is aligned with the vision , mission and strategy of the company and can make IT as a component of the company 's competitive advantage.
