PERANCANGAN TATA LETAK RUANG REKAM MEDIS DI RUMAH SAKIT PELABUHAN CIREBON

Latar Belakang: Apabila ingin meningkatkan kemampuan manusia untuk melakukan tugas, maka beberapa hal di sekitar lingkungan alam manusia seperti peralatan, lingkungan fisik, posisi gerak (kerja) perlu direvisi atau dimodifikasi atau didesainkan disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan keterbatasan manusia. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, saat ini ruang rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan Cirebon sebenarnya sudah tertata namun belum memadai. Jarak antar partisi di ruang pengelolaan, ruang filing, dan tempat pendaftaran pasien hanya 0,5 m bahkan kurang dari 0,5 m sehingga petugas tidak leluasa dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan. Menurut aturan yang berlaku ukuran antar meja kerja minimal 0,762 m. Kenyataannya,ukuran antar meja di Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan Cirebon tidak mencapai 0,762 m. Tujuan: Merancang tata letak ruang rekam medis agar petugas dapat menjalankan tugasnya dengan lebih efisien dengan memperhatikan aspek ergonomi. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah metode perencanaan ruang Mark Karlen. Hasil: Empat desain ruang pengelolaan rekam medis, TPP rawat jalan, TPP central Opname, TPP klinik spesialis, dan ruang filing rawat jalan. Empat desain pada ruang pengelolaan dan ruang filing terdiri dari dua desain berdasarkan ukuran ruang saat ini dan dua desain lainnya berdasarkan kebutuhan ruang seharusnya. Rancangan terpilih adalah desain alternatif 2 & 4 untuk ruang pengelolaan, desain alternatif 1 & 3 untuk ruang filing, desain alternatif 2 untuk TPP rawat jalan dan TPP central Opname, dan desain alternatif 4 untuk TPP klinik spesialis. Background: If there will be an intention to increase human capability to do work; therefore, there will be revision or modification or redesigning for many things surrounded people i.e. equipment, physical environment, movement position (work) agreed with human capability and incapability. Based on preliminary study, currently workspace medical record in the Pelabuhan Cirebon Hospital actually had been ordered but not yet sufficient. The distance between the partitions in management room, medical record storage room, and admission unit only 0.5 m even less than 0.5 m which made officers are not freely in doing the work. According to the rules and regulations, at least, space between work desk at least 0,762 m. In fact, space between work desk in Pelabuhan Cirebon Hospital there is no 0,762 m. Purpose: Designed the layout of medical record workplace in order to make employee is able to do their work to be more efficient that concern to ergonomics aspect and employee enjoyment level and medical record employee necessity to increase service grade. Method: This study used Mark Karlen design method room that consist of two steps; predesign and design steps. Result : Four designs of medical record room management; following nursed admission unit, central Opname admission unit, specialist clinic admission unit, and medical record storage room. Four designs of management and filing rooms consist of two design based of recent standard room. Another two designs measurement are based on room necessity with certain rules. Chosen designs are 2 and 4 alernative designs for management room, 1 and 3 alternative designs for filing room, 2 alternative design for following nursed admission unit and central Opname admission unit, and 4 alernative design for specialist clinic admission unit.
