Implementasi Bidging System Aplikasi Sistem Informasi (SIKDA) Generik dengan P-Care BPJS Kesehatan di Kabupaten Lamongan

Latar Belakang : Puskesmas di wilayah kerja Kabupaten Lamongan telah melakukan implementasi SIKDA Generik sejak tahun 2014 bersamaan dengan implementasi P-Care BPJS Kesehatan. Proses pencatatan rangkap pada dua aplikasi berbeda dengan data yang sama menyebabkan pekerjaan yang tidak efisien dan menghabiskan waktu. Perlu dilakukan intervensi pengembangan modul bridging pada SIKDA Generik untuk membantu pekerjaan petugas entri puskesmas. Tujuan: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi bridging system antara P-Care BPJS Kesehatan dengan SIKDA Generik di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lamongan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitaif deskriptif dengan pendekatan action research karena adanya kegiatan intervensi yang melibatkan mitra yang diteliti. Bentuk intervensi pada penelitian ini, yaitu proses pengembangan bridging pada aplikasi SIKDA Generik dan P-Care BPJS Kesehatan. Hasil: Pengembangan modul bridging system aplikasi SIKDA Generik dengan P-Care BPJS Kesehatan membantu petugas puskesmas agar tidak melakukan pencatatan rangkap. Sebanyak 92,1% data berhasil menjalankan proses interoperabilitas, sedang 7,9% gagal menjalankan proses interoperabilitas. Interoperabilitas sistem dapat ditingkatkan dari tingkat 2 menjadi tingkat 4 menurut skala LISI.

Background: Primary health care in Lamongan District has been implementing SIKDA Generik since 2014 along with the implementation of P-Care BPJS Kesehatan. The double entry process in two different applications with the same data causes inefficient and time-consuming work. It is necessary to intervene in the development of bridging modules at SIKDA Generik to assist the work of primary health care entry officers. Objective: This research describes an implementation of the bridging system between P-Care BPJS Kesehatan and SIKDA Generik in the working area of Lamongan District Health Office. Methods: This research used a descriptive qualitative method with action research approach because of intervention activity involving the partner under study. A form of intervention in this research is the process of bridging development in the application of SIKDA Generik and P-Care BPJS Kesehatan. Result: The development module of bridging system between SIKDA Generik and P-Care BPJS Kesehatan help primary health care officer not to do double entry in two application. 92.1% of data successfully run interoperability process, while 7.9% failed to run interoperability process. The interoperability of the system could be upgraded from level 2 to level 4 by using LISI scale.
