IMPLEMENTASI PENGATURAN HASIL HUTAN KELAS PERUSAHAAN PINUS DI PERUM PERHUTANI KPH KEDU UTARA

Hutan tanaman pinus diharapkan untuk memberikan hasil hutan berupa kayu dan getah. Pengaturan hasil hutan dengan prinsip kelestarian diperlukan sehingga mampu menghasilkan kedua produk secara lestari. Implementasi prinsip ini berupa strategi pengaturan hasil. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan (KPH) Kedu Utara, Perum Perhutani. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaturan hasil hutan kayu dan getah kelas perusahaan pinus dalam mencapai kelestarian hasil hutan. Metode pengaturan hasil kayu yang diterapkan adalah metode Burn. Metode Burn mendasarkan pada umur tebang rata-rata dengan bonita dan KBD. Teknik perhitungan etat dibagi menjadi dua yaitu etat luas dan etat volume. Etat dihitung dengan daur sebagai pembagi. KPH Kedu Utara belum memiliki pengaturan hasil hutan getah secara spesifik. Target produksi getah ditaksir dari jumlah pohon yang tersedia pada satu KPH Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan hasil kayu sudah tepat menggunakan metode Burn. Implementasi pengaturan hasil hutan kayu baik dari perhitungan maupun pelaksanaan tidak overcutting, memberikan pemasukan secara kontinyu, dan mengoptimalkan lahan yang tidak produktif. Perlu adanya pengaturan hasil untuk produksi getah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimum.

Pinus merkusii plantations are expected to provide timber products and pine resin. Sustainable forest yield regulation is needed to sustain wood and pine resin products. The implementation of this principleforest yield regulation. This study was conducted in KPH Kedu Utara Perum Perhutani. The purpose of this study was to know the forest yield regulation both wood and pine resin in order to achieving sustainability of forest products. Burn method was implemented for forest yield regulation. Burn method is based on the average cutting age with bonita and KBD. Etat was culculate into area and volume. KPH Kedu Utara do not hace forest yield regulation technique for pine resin yet. Pine resin production targets are estimated from the number of trees in forest management unit. The results showed Burn method is appropriate for wood forest yiels regulation. The implementation of forest yield regulation both wood and pine resin is not overcutting, giving sustainable income and optimize unproductive forest land. Pine resin yield regulation is needed to optimize the product.
