ANALISIS REALISASI KONTRAK READYMIX PADA PLANT BANDUNG BARAT PT ADHIMIX PRECAST INDONESIA

2016 | Tugas Akhir | D3 MANAJEMEN SVTugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan nilai realisasi kontrak pada tahun 2013 sampai 2015.Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan data rencana dan realisasi kontrak dan analisis trend untuk membuat peramalan realisasi di tahun 2016. Hasil tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perkembangan realisasi kontrak pada Plant Bandung Barat mengalami fluktuasi karena terdapat peningkatan dan penurunan prosentase realisasi kontrak. (2) Faktor-faktor penyebab nilai rencana kontrak tidak dapat terealisasi pada tahun 2013 sampai 2015 adalah, (a) Bagian pemasaran salah memprediksi volume perencanaan terhadap volume real yang ada pada proyek, (b) Informasi pasar (proyek) yang didapatkan tidak akurat, (c) Harga yang diberikan Adhimix tidak dapat diterima oleh kontraktor (pembeli) dan kompetitor memiliki harga di bawah Adhimix sehingga pembeli memilih readymix lain dengan harga yang lebih murah, (d) Terjadinya negosiasi ulang karena ketentuan yang berbeda antara pembeli dengan Adhimix dan belum ada kesepakatan, (e) Kualitas dan layanan. Adhimix tidak berhasil mendapatkan kontrak karena pembeli pernah kecewa dengan kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan, (f)Terdapat sisa kontrak dari tahun lalu (carry over) sehingga pada tahun berjalan tidak dapat dimasukkan pada realisasi kontrak tahun berjalan. (3) Hasil peramalan nilai realisasi kontrak yang didapatkan untuk tahun 2016 berdasarkan analisis trend sebesar 304.146,1 m3 sehingga diperkirakan meningkat sebesar 8.0938,3 m3dari hasil realisasi kontrak tahun 2015.
This final task aims to know the devolepmnet value of the contracts in 2013 to 2015. Data collection techniques in this study conducted interviews, field studies (observation), andliterature. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to describe data plan and the realization of the contract and trend analysis to make forecasting sales in 2016.The results of this thesis indicate that (1) The realization of the contract on Plant Bandung Barat fluctuated because there is an increase and a decrease in the percentage of the contracts. (2) The factors that cause the value of the contract plan can not be realized in 2013 to 2015 is, (a) Part of marketing one to predict the volume of the planning of the real volume of the existing project, (b) Market information (project) obtained is not accurate, (c) prices are given Adhimix can not be accepted by the contractor (purchaser) and the competitors had a price below Adhimix so shoppers choose readymix others with cheaper prices, (d) the occurrence of renegotiation because different provisions between the buyer and Adhimix and yet agreement, (e) Quality and service. Adhimix did not get the contract because the buyer never been disappointed with the quality of theb products and services provided by the company, (f) There is a remaining contract from last year (carry-over) so that in the current year can not be included in the contracts of the current year. (3) Forecasting results obtained value of the contracts for 2016 based on the analysis of the trend of 304,146.1 m3 thus expected to increase by 8.0938,3 m3 of results of realization of the contract in 2015.
