ANALISIS PENENTUAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI DENGAN METODE FULL COSTING PADA PABRIK TAHU PAK MAN DI BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

UMKM seringkali kurang akurat dalam menentukan harga jual produknya, terutama UMKM yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur. Hal ini disebabkan karena kesalahan dalam penentuan harga pokok produksinya. Penentuan harga pokok produksi sangatlah penting dalam berjalannya bisnis, yaitu untuk menentukan harga jual dan menghitung laba kotor dari suatu produk. Harga pokok produksi terdiri dari biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, dan biaya overhead pabrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan metode full costing pada Pabrik Tahu Pak Man Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta serta menganalisis perbedaan antara metode tersebut dengan metode yang dilakukan perusahaan termasuk pengaruhnya terhadap laba kotor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diambil dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan pemilik dan karyawan pada Pabrik Tahu Pak Man, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku-buku, internet, catatan, dan studi literatur yang sesuai dengan judul penelitian. Hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dilakukan oleh Pabrik Tahu Pak Man adalah; tahu putih Rp137,00/potong, tahu kuning Rp186,00/potong, tahu magel Rp171,00/potong, dan tahu pong Rp189,00/ potong. Sedangkan hasil analisis perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan metode full costing adalah; tahu putih Rp142,00/potong, tahu kuning Rp192,00/ potong, tahu magel Rp190,00/potong, dan tahu pong Rp199,00/potong. Laba kotor dari hasil perhitungan metode full costing memiliki selisih lebih kecil dibanding metode perusahaan, yaitu Rp7.402.500,00/bulan karena harga pokok produksinya lebih besar. Namun, penentuan harga pokok produksi dengan metode full costing adalah yang paling tepat karena metode ini memperhitungkan seluruh biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam proses produksi, sehingga harga pokok produksinya lebih akurat. UMKM are often less accurate in determining the selling price of their product, especially UMKM which engaged in manufacturing sector. It is caused due to an error in determining the cost of goods manufactured. Determining cost of goods manufactured is very important in the business operation, which is to determine the selling price and the gross profit of a product. Cost of goods manufactured consists of raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs. This research aimed to analyze the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured with a full costing method at Tofu Factory of Pak Man Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta and to analyze the differences between these methods with the method of the company including its impact on gross profit. This research method using qualitative methods by using primary data and secondary data. Primary data were taken by observation and interviews directly with the owner and the employees at the Tofu Factory of Pak Man, while secondary data obtained from books, the Internet, notes, and literature studies in accordance with the title of the research. The results of data analysis showed that the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured is performed by Tofu Factory of Pak Man is; the white tofu Rp137,00/piece, the yellow tofu Rp186,00/piece, the magel tofu Rp171,00/piece, and the pong tofu Rp189,00/piece. While the results of the analysis of cost of goods manufactured calculation with a full costing method is; the white tofu Rp142,00/piece, the yellow tofu Rp192,00/piece, the magel tofu Rp190,00/piece, and the pong tofu Rp199,00/piece. The gross profit from the calculation of the full costing method has a difference smaller than the company method, that is Rp7.402.500,00/month because the cost of goods manufactured is greater. However, determining the cost of goods manufactured with a full costing method is the most appropriate because this method takes into account all of the costs incurred in the production process, so the cost of goods manufactured is more accurate.
