PENGHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI DENGAN METODE KOS PROSES DAN PENENTUAN HARGA JUAL PRODUK (STUDI KASUS PABRIK KERUPUK IRMA BEKASI)

Agar dapat bersaing di tengah ramainya pertumbuhan UMKM, suatu usaha harus dapat menetapkan harga jual yang optimal. Untuk menetapkan harga jual yang optimal, suatu usaha perlu mengetahui harga pokok produksinya. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui harga pokok produksi dan harga jual produk yang tepat dari Pabrik Kerupuk Irma. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari pelaku usaha secara langsung melalui proses pengamatan dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan harga pokok produksi yang dilakukan penulis menggunakan metode kos proses dengan full costing diketahui bahwa harga pokok produksi sebenarnya lebih tinggi dari yang diperkirakan oleh pemilik usaha. Sebaiknya pemilik usaha meningkatkan harga jual produk agar laba yang diperoleh lebih optimal.

In order to compete in the middle of the growth of MSMEs, a business should be able to set the selling price optimally. To set the optimal selling price, a business should to determine its cost of goods manufactured. The purpose of this written is to knowing the cost of goods manufactured in Pabrik Kerupuk Irma. The methods that used in this written is Descriptive Qualitative Methods. The source of data is directly obtained from owner of the factory. It obtained from observation to the factory and interview with owner. Based on the result of calculation of cost of goods manufactured had done by the author using process costing method with full costing, it shows that cost of goods manufactured actually higher than the business owner�s prediction. The business owner are recommended by the author to increase the selling price in order to turn out optimal profit.
