SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN UNTUK SELEKSI PENERIMAAN DOSEN MENGGUNAKAN METODE AHP DAN SAW (Studi Kasus : STMIK SZ NW Anjani)

Dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi STMIK SZ NW Anjani selalu berupaya meningkatkan mutu atau kualitas internal secara berkelanjutan sebagai starategi institusi untuk dapat bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi lain. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan mutu dari suatu perguruan tinggi adalah dengan meyeleksi tenaga pengajar atau dosen, karena kualitas dosen akan sangat menentukan tinggi dan rendahnya kualitas suatu perguruan tinggi. Agar proses seleksi penerimaan dosen dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan parameter yang telah di tentukan oleh pihak institusi, maka dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk seleksi calon dosen, dalam aplikasi ini metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan alternatif prioritas calon dosen adalah metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Metode Simple Addative Weigthing (SAW). Metode AHP digunakan untuk mencari bobot parameter dan bobot sub parameter, sedangkan metode SAW digunakan untuk mencari nilai akhir dan perangkingan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode AHP dan SAW sebagai model sistem pendukung keputusan dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada ketua panitia dalam mengambil keputusan berdasarkan hasil akhir dan perangkingan alternatif calon dosen yang diberikan sistem.

In fulfilling its vision and mission, STMIK SZ NW Anjani is always striving to improve value and internal quality as a means of strategic intuition to be able to compete with other universities. One of the many ways to improve the overall quality of a university is to improve the recruitment process of lecturers because the quality of the lecturers will determine the overall quality of the university. In order that the recruitment process of lecturers is conducted in accordance with the parameters which have been determined by the institution, the decision support system is being constructed. In this case, the methods that are used to determine an alternative prospective lecturers based on priority are the application of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Addative Weighting (SAW) methods. AHP is used to determine the weighting parameter and the weighting sub parameter, while SAW is used to find the final grade and determining the academic rank. The research outcome of utilizing AHP and SAW as a decision support system models isused to assist the committee leader in the selection and recruitment of prospective lecturers of STMIK SZ NW Anjani in order to make decision based on the final result andthe established academic rank of the alternative prospective lecturers.
