ANALISIS BIAYA SISTEM VERIFIKASI LEGALITAS KAYU (SVLK) PADA PRODUK FURNITURE DI CV. LIMASE LARAS

Industri furniture membutuhkan jaminan legalitas untuk melaksanakan ekspor terutama kepada negara-negara di Uni Eropa yang dikenal dengan Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu (SVLK). Untuk mendapatkan sertifikat legalitas suatu industri furniture mengeluarkan tambahan biaya produksi, sehingga perlu adanya studi untuk menganalisis biaya sertifikasi legalitas kayu pada produk furniture. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus pada CV. Limase Laras yang telah mendapat sertifikat legalitas sejak Februari 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari besarnya total biaya produksi, biaya produksi dan biaya sertifikasi per satuan unit output, proporsi biaya SVLK terhadap total biaya produksi, serta presepsi perusahaan terhadap implementasi SVLK. Total biaya produksi dihitung dengan pendekatan full costing. Biaya produksi per satuan unit output diperoleh dari perbandingan total biaya produksi dengan total volume produksi. Biaya sertifikasi per satuan unit output diperoleh dari perbandingan total biaya sertifikasi dengan total volume produksi. Proporsi biaya SVLK terhadap total biaya produksi diperoleh dari perbandingan biaya SVLK dengan biaya produksi per satuan unit output. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan besarnya total biaya produksi CV. Limase Laras yaitu sebesar Rp 8.007.316.147,00. Biaya tersebut terdiri dari biaya sertifikasi sebesar Rp 12.695.058,00 dan biaya produksi sebesar Rp 7.994.621.089,00. Biaya produksi per satuan unit output sebesar Rp 6.485.731/m3 dan biaya sertifikasi per satuan unit output sebesar Rp 10.283/m3. Proporsi biaya SVLK terhadap biaya produksi yaitu sebesar 0,159 %. Selain sebagai pemenuh persyaratan ekspor, SVLK belum dirasakan memberi manfaat lain. Akan tetapi berdasarkan analisis terdapat manfaat berupa kenaikan volume penjualan sebesar 36,23 %.

Furniture industry issued additional production costs in order to obtain a certificate of legality, so this research was conducted to analyze the cost of timber legality certification on furniture products. This study used the case study method conducted in CV. Limase Laras which have obtained the certificate of legality since February 2014. The study aimed to find out the additional cost of obtaining this certificate. Total production costs were calculated with full costing approach. The production costs per unit of output was obtained from the comparison of the total cost of production with total production volume. The certification cost per unit of output was obtained from comparison of the total cost of certification with total production volume. Proportion of SVLK costs to the total costs of production was obtained from SVLK cost comparison with the cost of production per unit of output. The important finding of this research are total production cost of CV. Limase Laras is Rp 8,007,316,147.00, consist of the certification cost is Rp 12,695,058.00 and the production cost is Rp 7,994,621,089.00. The production costs per unit of output is Rp 6,485,731/m3 and certification costs per unit of output is Rp 10,283/m3. The proportion of SVLK cost to the production cost is 0.159%. Besides as fulfilling the requirement of export, SVLK yet another perceived benefit. However, data analysis showed the increase of sales volume to 36.23%.
