Pengembangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kelompok Dengan Metode Multi-Stage Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making ( MS-MAGDM ) Pada Intelligent Warehouse Management System

Salah satu sub sistem Intelligent Warehouse Management System (I-WMS) adalah membuat rekomendasi keputusan antar pengambil keputusan dengan menggunakan Group Decision Support System (GDSS). GDSS ditempuh untuk mengatasi permasalahan jika anggota kelompok pengambil keputusan memiliki sudut pandang yang berbeda, menggabungkan preferensi dan mendamaikan perbedaan ide. Salah satu pengembangan MADM yang dipergunakan dalam GDSS adalah pendekatan dengan metode Multi-Stage Multi-Multi Attribute Group Decision Making (MS-MAGDM). MS-MAGDM merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan dalam kelompok dimana setiap prefensi penilaian kriteria dilakukan pada stage / tahapan yang berbeda. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mencari solusi dengan MS-MAGDM untuk permasalahan perbedaan kriteria yang dipergunakan pembuat keputusan dalam setiap stage. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kajian kepustakaan dengan kajian terhadap teori metode pembuatan keputusan, keputusan kelompok, proses pemilihan supplier, dan faktor yang berpengaruh pada keputusan dalam konteks pergudangan serta MS-MAGDM untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini berupa purwarupa GDSS yang memiliki 4 metode dalam pembuatan keputusan yaitu Analytical Hierarchi Process untuk pembobotan level kepala bagian, TOPSIS untuk keputusan level kepala bagian, Hybrid Weight Averaging (HWA) level manager dan Time Weight Averaging (TWA) untuk keputusan level manager

One subsystem Intelligent Warehouse Management System (I-WMS) is making recommendations to the decision-making decision between using a Group Decision Support Systems (GDSS). GDSS taken to overcome the problems if members of the decision-makers have a different viewpoint, incorporating preferences and reconcile differences of ideas. One development MADM used in GDSS is an approach with methods Multi-Stage Multi-Multi Attribute Group Decision Making (MS-MAGDM). MS-MAGDM is a method of decision making in a group where each prefensi performed on stage assessment criteria / different stages. The focus of this research is to find a solution to the problem of MS-MADM for differences in the criteria used in the decision-making of each stage. The method used is the study of literature with the study of the theory of decision-making method, the group's decision, supplier selection process, and the factors that influence the decision in the context of warehousing and MS-MAGDM to resolve these problems. Results of this research is a prototype GDSs which have 4 methods of decision-making that is Analytical Hierarchy Process for weighting section chief level, TOPSIS to the decision of the head level, Hybrid Weight Averaging (HWA) level manager and Time Weight Averaging (TWA) for the decision level manager
