Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi sistem informasi mobile mapping lokasi wisata Kota Bima menggunakan Location Based Service berbasis android. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji kemampuan sistem informasi Mobile Mapping dengan Location Based Service dapat menampilkan lokasi wisata Kota Bima. Sumber data primer yang digunakan berupa data lokasi wisata yang diperoleh dari data sekunder dan survei lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemetaan sebaran lokasi wisata sebagai database aplikasi menggunakan kuesioner dan survei lapangan. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengetahui dan menentukan lokasi wisata dan fungsi aplikasi untuk lebih memudahkan wisatawan. Hasil kegiatan survei lapangan terdapat beberapa lokasi wisata yang kurang layak berupa akses jalan yang buruk dan tidak terdapat fasilitas umum penunjang obyek wisata. Data hasil survey digunakan sebagai informasi pada aplikasi Kota Bima Tourism Maps dengan menggabungkan antara peta administrasi, informasi koordinat lokasi dan deskripsi singkat mengenai lokasi wisata di Kota Bima. Sistem informasi mobile mapping lokasi wisata Kota Bima menggunakan location based service berbasis android berupa peta sebaran lokasi wisata yang ditampilkan melalui smartphone android dan web sebagai informasi utama untuk menentukan rute menuju lokasi wisata. Proses penyusunan aplikasi Kota Bima Tourism Maps dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi, tahap pengujian aplikasi, serta tahap analisis dan penilaian hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kota Bima memiliki 20 lokasi wisata dengan keindahan alam, akses yang mudah, dan fasilitas yang memadai sebagai destinasi wisata. Sistem informasi mobile mapping lokasi wisata Kota Bima menggunakan location based service berbasis android yang menghasilkan aplikasi Kota Bima Tourism Maps dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 82% serta dapat menyampaikan informasi lokasi wisata yang dapat menuntun wisatawan dari lokasi saat itu menuju ke lokasi tujuan dengan rute terdekat. Aplikasi Kota Bima Tourism Maps dapat memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan wisatawan disajikan dengan tampilan menu utama berisi tampilan peta, daftar lokasi wisata, dan menu tentang aplikasi memuat keterangan simbol peta, tampilan peta menggunakan mode hybrid, yaitu menampilkan tampilan asli permukaan bumi untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam memahami informasi yang ditampilkan.

This research aims to develop a mobile information system mapping applications tourist sites Bima City using android-based with location based service. This research is assessing the ability of information systems Mobile Mapping with Location Based Service to display tourist sites Bima City. The primary data source is used to making tourist location data obtained from secondary data and field surveys. The method is used to mapping the distribution of travel location as a database application using questionnaire and field surveying. The questionnaire is used to identify and determine the location and function of the application for helping the tourist. Survey result data had been found that some tourist sites is not suitable to tourist sites are damage road access and there are no public facilities to supporting tourist destination. Survey data is used to be information on the application Bima City Tourism Maps by combining the administrative boundary maps, coordinates location information and short description about tourist sites in the Bima City. Information system mobile mapping about tourism map using android-based with location base service is distribution maps of tourist sites is displayed by android smartphone and web service as a primary information to determine route to the tourist location. Process of drafting the application Bima City Tourism Maps performed step by step, like the planning stage, stage designing and manufacturing applications, application testing phase, and phase analysis and results assessment. Results of the research is showed that Bima City has 20 interesting tourist sites with natural beauty, easy access, and adequate public facilities as a tourist destination. Information system mobile mapping of site location in Bima City using android-based with location based services that generate application Bima City Tourism Maps with number of accuracy is 82% can convey the location information and can be guiding the tourists from the current location to touris destination with the nearest route. Bima City Tourism Maps application can display provide tourist information contains description map symbol, hybrid mode display to display original appearance of the earth's surface to helping the user to understanding the information displays.
