Layanan penyedia jasa cuci pakaian FIA Laundry memerlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu proses pelayanan laundry. Pada awalnya, FIA Laundry memiliki masalah pada bagian keuangan dikarenakan FIA Laundry tidak mempekerjakan pegawai. Selain itu, pelanggan FIA Laundry juga tidak dapat melihat riwayat transaksi, sehingga banyak terjadi salah hitung. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada FIA Laundry adalah dengan membuat sistem informasi yang dapat menangani penghitungan transaksi baik member maupun non member. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini, member dapat melihat riwayat transaksi serta mendapatkan pemberitahuan secara real-time. Dengan ini, dibangun sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu melakukan penghitungan transaksi laundry, memiliki riwayat transaksi serta dapat memberikan informasi secara real-time.

FIA Laundry the service provider of laundry service needs an information system that can help the process of laundry service. At first, the FIA Laundry had caused financial problems as they does not hire employees. In addition, FIA Laundry���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s customers can���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½t see the history of transactions, this makes them to count incorrectly. Solution to overcome the problems that occur in the FIA Laundry is to create an information system that can handle the transaction counting. It also can record the transaction history and giving real-time notification. Using this, built an information system that is capable of performing calculations of laundry transaction, having record of transaction, also can give a real-time information.
