INTISARI Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Kesesuaian Lahan Komoditas Jagung di Kabupaten Viqueque Oleh Teotino Gomes Soares 10/311119/PPA/03474 Suatu lahan yang layak untuk tanaman Jagung sangat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Oleh karena itu memerlukan decision maker untuk penentuan lahan yang cocok dan sesuai parameter penilaian pada suatu lahan. Dalam kasus ini menggunakan Sembilan (9) parameter penilaian terhadap 32 lahan alternatif. Parameter tersebut akan dibandingkan antar satu sama lain dengan model analytical hierarchy process untuk memperoleh bobot nilai prioritas tiap parameter, serta membandingkan data kondisi lahan dengan data kebutuhan tanaman Jagung dengan model profile matching, sehingga mendapat lahan yang cocok bagi tanaman tersebut. Kedua model SPK tersebut sebagai proses pengambilan keputusan bagi decision maker untuk menentukan keputusan terhadap suatu lahan yang layak dan cocok bagi tanaman tersebut. Sedangkan SIG digunakan untuk menangani data spasial, dalam hal ini menampilkan hasil keputusan serta object oriented sebagai model untuk pengembangan rekayasa perangkat lunak. Hasil dari implementasi dan pengujian sistem dapat menunjukkan satu alternatif lahan dari ke 32 lahan yang telah ditentukan, bahwa suatu lahan akan terpilih sebagai lahan yang sangat sesuai bagi komoditas Jagung akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk peta tematik, yaitu Desa Dilor kecamatan Lacluta terpilih sebagai lahan yang cocok untuk pengembangan tanaman Jagung dengan nilai tingkat kesesuaian 5,115.

ABSTRACT Decision Support System for Land Suitability Commodities Maize in the District of Viqueque By Teotino Gomes Soares 10/311119/PPA/03474 Suitable land for corn crops is influenced by many factors. So it requires a decision maker to determination of land suitable and appropriate assessment parameter in a field. In this case using nine parameters for assessment of the 32 alternative lands. The parameter will be compared between each other with analytical hierarchy process models to obtain the value of weighting each parameter, as well as to compare data land conditions with data necessary corn commodities by profile matching model, so it gets the land suitable for that crop. Twos DSS models as a decision-making process for the decision maker to determine the decision to a decent and suitable land for the plant. While GIS used to handle spatial data, in this case showing the results of the decision as well as a model for object oriented software engineering development. Results of the implementation and testing system can show an alternative land of the 32nd land that has been determined, that the land will be selected as a land that is suitable for corn commodities will be displayed in the form of thematic maps, the Village Dilor Lacluta districts selected as suitable land for the development of corn plants with a value of 5,115 level conformity.
