PENGEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN PENGURANGAN RISIKO BENCANA DI SEKOLAH SIAGA BENCANA KECAMATAN CANGKRINGAN

INTISARI Salah satu bentuk upaya Pengurangan Risiko Bencana (PRB) ialah melalui pembelajaran pendidikan. Pada umumnya, pendidikan PRB diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah wilayah rawan bencana. Sesuai regulasi Peraturan Kepala Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) Nomor 04 Tahun 2012 tentang Pedoman Penerapan Madrasah/Sekolah Aman dari Bencana, maka dibentuklah Sekolah Siaga Bencana (SSB). Untuk mewujudkan SSB yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya guna, dibutuhkan kolaborasi peran aktor/lembaga guna melaksanakan SSB dengan pendidikan PRB yang efektif. Dalam pengembangannya, pendidikan PRB ditinjau dari beberapa aspek. Sesuai penelitian yang berfokus kepada pendidikan disekolah, maka dapat ditinjau dari aspek pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan. Dari aspek itu dapat diketahui efektifitas pelaksanaan pendidikan PRB di suatu Sekolah Siaga Bencana. Lokasi penelitian utama berada di tiga sekolah di Kecamatan Cangkringan. Ketiganya dikelola oleh Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi DIY. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode wawancara dan penulusuran data online. Hasil penelitian diketahui jika kolaborasi peran aktor/lembaga memiliki peran masing-masing dalam pelaksanaan Sekolah Siaga Bencana yakni dari BPBD DIY, BPBD Kab. Sleman dan Disdikpora Kab. Sleman. Penyelenggaraannya berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas pelaksanaan pengembangan pendidikan PRB berdasarkan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan meliputi pengetahuan mengenai bahaya, kerentanan risiko kapasitas, dan sejarah bencana, integrasi PRB disekolah, keterampilan menjalankan rencana tanggap darurat, sosialisasi kebencanaan dan pelatihan serta simulasi kebencanaan yang diselenggarakan disekolah. ABSTRACT One of the efforts of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) is through education learning. In general, DRR education implemented in schools proneness. According to regulations, Regulations Head National Disaster Management Agency No. 04 Year 2012 on Guidelines for the Application Madrasah/School Safe from Disasters, then formed Disaster Preparedness School (DPS). To realize an efficient and sustainable DPS, collaboration takes the role of actors/institutions to implement DPS with effective DRR education. In its development, DRR education in terms of several aspects. Appropriate research focuses on education in schools, it can be viewed from the aspect of knowledge, attitudes and actions. It can be seen from the aspect of effective implementation of DRR education in a Disaster Preparedness School. The main research locations are in three schools in Cangkringan. All three are managed by the Regional Disaster Management Agency DIY. The method used the descriptive qualitative research methods. Data was collected through interviews and online data. The survey results revealed if collaborative role actors/institutions have their respective roles in the implementation of the Disaster Preparedness School of BPBD DIY, BPBD Sleman and District Education Office Sleman. Implementation affect the effectiveness of the implementation of DRR education development based on knowledge, attitudes and actions include knowledge on hazards, vulnerability, risk capacity, and disaster history, the integration of DRR in schools, skills run the emergency response plan, training and the dissemination of disaster and disaster simulation held at school.
