EVALUASI KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN BALANCED SCORECARD STUDI PADA PT BNI (PERSERO) TBK

Studi ini mempunyai tiga tujuan, yang pertama untuk mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Score Card. Yang kedua, mengidentifikasi factor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pencapaian kinerja perusahaan dan yang ketiga, merumuskan upaya perbaikan untuk pencapaian kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode 4 (empat) perspektif Balanced Scorecard dan Strategy Map. Setelah penelitian dilakukan diketemukan hasil adanya peningkatan biaya operasional yang cukup tinggi dan ketidakpuasan pegawai terhadap perubahan proses kerja di perusahaan.

This study has three objectives, the first to evaluate the company’s performance using the Balanced Score Card approach. Second, to identify the factors supporting and inhibiting the achievement of corporate performance and the third, formulate improvement efforts for the echievement of the performance of companies using four (4) perspectives of Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Map. Once the result of the study conducted found an increase in operational costs are quite high and employee dissatisfaction to changes in the company’s work processes.
