Dalam dunia usaha baik usaha kalangan bawah hingga kalangan atas dapat dipastikan mengalami persaingan dengan usaha lainnya seiring banyaknya industri yang muncul. Salah satu industri yang dapat tetap survive dalam persaingan usaha yaitu Industri Kerupuk Super Gurih Cilacap. Penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan pemasaraan merupakan salah satu soluasi dalam persaingan industri. Penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi software Xampp, Joomla serta Artisteer 4. Aplikasi tersebut diinstal kedalam computer yang nantinya dapat diakses secara offline tanpa menggunakan koneksi internet atau biasa disebut localhost. Sistem informasi berbasis web ini di rancang dengan sistem menu yang terdiri atas menu utama, menu profil serta menu member. Dalam website Joomla terdapat 3 level hierarki yaitu level 1 administrator memiliki hak akses untuk mengelola semua informasi yang terdapat di dalam website. Level 2 yaitu user memiliki hak untuk melihat informasi yang terdapat di dalam website secara umum. Serta level 3 yaitu member memiliki hak akses untuk memesan produk melalui website serta dapat melakukan konsultasi pada pihak industri.

The application of web-based information system to improve pemasaraan is one of solution in industry competition. The application of web-based information system is done by using software applications Xampp, Joomla and Artisteer 4. Application is installed into the computer which can then be accessed offline without using internet connection or so-called localhost. This web-based information system is designed with a menu system that consists of the main menu, profile menu and member menu member. In Joomla website, there are 3 levels of hierarchy, level 1 is administrators have permissions to manage all the information contained in the websites. Level 2 is a user has the right to see the information contained in the website in general. As well as level 3 which members have access to order products through the website as well as to conduct consultations on the industry.
