MANAJEMEN ASET SCADA DENGAN KODE QR BERBASIS WEB DI PT. PLN (PERSERO) AREA PENGATUR DISTRIBUSI (APD) JAWA TENGAH DAN DIY

PT. PLN (Persero) area pengatur distribusi JATENG dan DIY menerapkan teknologi SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acqucition) yang memerlukan peralatan yang menunjang fungsi SCADA yaitu peralatan telemetering, telesignaling dan telecontroling yang jumlahnya mencapai ribuan. Sejauh ini pemeliharaan peralatan SCADA tersebut belum mencapai standart kinerja excellent sebagai standart yang ditetapkan oleh manajemen pusat PT. PLN. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak adanya sistem pemeliharaan aset yang terpusat, aset yang dipasang di lapangan tidak dapat diketahui kronologinya, dan setiap alat tidak memiliki ciri tersendiri untuk mengidentifikasi penempatan/lokasinya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dalam tugas akhir ini dibangun suatu sistem yang dapat merekap data pemeliharaan aset yang terpusat berbasis website, yang memiliki history dari alat-alat yang dipasang, dan memberikan kode unik untuk setiap alat dengan QR Code sehingga dengan sekali scan suatu aset dapat diketahui historynya.

Distribution Administrator of PT PLN Persero for Jateng & DIY area applies SCADA Technology (Supervisory Control and Data Acqucition) which is equipped with thousands supporting equipments for the purpose of telemetering, telesignaling and telecontroling. So far, the maintenance of those equipments is still under the PT PLN Central management’s “excellent” standard. This is because PT PLN hasn’t had any asset centered maintenance system. Therefore there isn’t any chronology information of lots of assets in the field and the location of those assets cannot be determined. To overcome this problem, it is built in this thesis a website based central system which is able to recapitalize those asset’s maintenance data. This system will provide the information about the history of installed tools and give each tool a unique QR code. This unique QR code will lead to information and history of the referred tool once it is scanned.
