PENGARUH IKLIM ETIKA ORGANISASI TERHADAP JOB PERFORMANCE: PERAN MEDIASI BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim etika organisasi yang terdiri dari kriteria persahabatan, kerjasama tim dan tanggungjawab sosial terhadap job performance serta peran mediasi berbagi pengetahuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) Pertamina milik swasta/perorangan yang berada di wilayah Yogyakarta yaitu sebanyak 35 buah SPBU dengan total responden sebanyak 157 responden. Analisis regresi berjenjang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian mendapati iklim etika persahabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan dan job performance. Tanggungjawab sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job perfomance. Manakala kerjasama tim tidak berpengaruh terhadap berbagi pengetahuan maupun job performance. Hasil penelitian tidak mendukung hipotesis berbagi pengetahuan dalam memediasi pengaruh antara iklim etika organisasi yang terdiri dari kriteria persahabatan, kerjasama tim dan tanggungjawab sosial terhadap job performance.

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational ethical climate criteria which are consist of friendship, teamwork and social responsibility on job performance. This study also propose the role of knowledge sharing as a mediating variabel to identified the strength of the relationship among organizational ethical climate criteria on job performance. Research samples was collected in 35 privately-owned of General Fuel Filling Station (Pertamina Gas Station) in the Yogyakarta region with a total of 157 respondents. These data were tested empirically using Multiple Regression and Hierarchical Regression Analysis (HRA). The result found that friendship has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing and job performance, whereas social responsibility has a positive and significant effect only on job performance. Meanwhile, the teamwork criteria does not have any influence to knowledge sharing and job performance. These findings indicate that the hypothesis of knowledge sharing as a mediating variabel between organizational ethical climate such as friendship, teamwork and social responsibility on job performance were not supported.
