Outcome Based Education (OBE) adalah proses pendidikan yang menekankan pada apa yang diperoleh mahasiswa saat menyelesaikan mata kuliah, dibandingkan cara mahasiswa memperolehnya. Proses pendidikan OBE melibatkan pengajar kurikulum, proses pembelajaran dan pengajaran, dan student outcomes mahasiswa saat lulus. Student outcomes adalah apa yang diharapkan dapat dipahami dan dilakukan oleh mahasiswa pada akhir pembelajaran suatu mata kuliah dan bagaimana cara mendemonstrasikan hasil pembelajaran tersebut. Melalui student outcomes, dapat dilakukan suatu proses perbaikan berkelanjutan sebagai hasil dari pengukuran dan analisis outcomes tersebut Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi (DTETI) telah membuat sebelas pengukuran student outcomes. Namun, data yang ada pada sistem departemen saat ini berupa nilai tiap mata kuliah serta Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) mahasiswa. Dengan informasi ini, departemen tidak dapat melihat apakah mahasiswa sudah memenuhi sebelas student outcomes. Hal ini disebabkan oleh belum dipetakannya nilai mata kuliah menjadi sebelas student outcomes. Pentingnya nilai student outcomes bagi departemen adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan performa mahasiswa dan departemen itu sendiri. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk memetakan nilai mata kuliah menjadi sebelas student outcomes. Pemetaan nilai mata kuliah menjadi sebelas student outcomes dilakukan melalui file excel Abetsys Reversed Validator yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Permasalahan lanjutan yang ingin diselesaikan adalah bagaimna cara untuk menggabungkan file setiap mahasiswa agar dapat terintegrasi menjadi satu file. Bahasa pemrograman R digunakan untuk mengolah dan menggabungkan data. Selain itu, diperlukan suatu pendukung untuk departemen agar dapat melihat dan memantau student outcomes dengan mudah. Untuk mempermudah departemen dalam melihat student outcomes setiap tahun angkatan dan setiap mahasiswa, maka dibuat dasbor visualisasi menggunakan Microsoft Power BI. Dasbor kemudian diuji dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur kebergunaan dasbor. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa dasbor visualisasi student outcomes sudah layak digunakan dengan nilai 78,50.

Outcome Based Education (OBE) is a method of teaching that focuses on what students can actually do after they are taught, rather than how they achieve the end of the lecture. OBE educational process involves lecturer, the process of teaching and learning, and student outcomes when students graduate. Student Outcomes (SO) are things students need to achieve and do at the end of the lecture. Through the student outcomes, user can do a continuous improvement process as the result of the outcomes measurement and analysis. Electrical and Information Engineering (EIT) have made eleven student outcomes. However, data in the department recently is shown as the score of every lecture and the GPA of every student. With that information, department won't be able to confirm if any student has fulfilled all eleven SO. It caused by the GPA that hasn't been mapped into eleven SO. The importance of SO's score for the department is for the department to do evaluations and improvements to upgrade student's performance and the department's itself. This thesis' purpose is to mapped lecture's score into eleven SO. This mapping will be done by the excel's file Abetsys Reversed Validator that has been made before. Another problem that wants to be solved is how to combine all student's files so those will be integrated in one file. R programming language is used to process and combine each student's files. Besides that, we need a platform to help department to observing and monitoring student outcomes easily. To help department, writer make a dashboard visualization of each year with Microsoft Power BI. Dashboard then tested with System Usability Scale (SUS) method to measure dashboard's usability. The test gave a good result, it shows that visualization dashboard is suitable for use with a good score, 78.50.
