Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan House of Quality yang diaplikasikan kedalam produk dari perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang e-commerce. Dengan menggunakan metode House of Quality, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis prioritas kebutuhan konsumen kedalam suatu karakteristik teknis dan spesifikasi terhadap fitur Midaspay yang menjadi topik penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, problem solving dengan pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap pihak-pihak yang menjadi target pengguna dari fitur tersebut. Hasil penelitian berhasil mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan juga prioritas dari respon teknis yang dapat berguna untuk pengembangan fitur tersebut kedepannya.

The Purpose of this research is to make an observation about House of Quality implementation for product comes from e-commerce Company. By using the House of Quality method, it is hoped that this research can identify and conduct an analysis the priority in customer’s need to match it with the technical characteristic of the product itself, which is the Midaspay feature. The method that being use in this thesis is descriptive problem-solving method with data gathering through general study, data collection, library reseach, interview, documentation and questionnaire medium aim to the target user of that feature. The result of this research shown that the research managed to identify the customer’s need, as well as the priority of technical response which can be useful to feature development for the next future.
