ANALISIS DAMPAK PEMBANGUNAN NEW YOGYAKARTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERHADAP TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN PEDAGANG SEPANJANG PANTAI GLAGAH DAN PANTAI CONGOT DI KABUPATEN KULON PROGO TAHUN 2018

Infrastruktur pemerintah pusat yang sedang dibangun di Kabupaten Kulon Progo adalah pembangunan bandara New Yogyakarta International Airport yang berada di kawasan pesisir Kecamatan Temon. Salah satu dampak dari pembangunan New Yogyakarta International Airport adalah banyaknya penutupan akses masuk Pantai Glagah dan Pantai Congot dan berpindahnya lokasi tempat usaha bagi pedagang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pembangunan New Yogyakarta International Airport terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan pedagang sepanjang Pantai Glagah dan Pantai Congot menggunakan uji beda dua rata-rata (paired samples t-test). Data Primer penelitian ini adalah data Cross Section atau data yang diambil pada satu waktu pada tahun 2018. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan variabel pendapatan, pengeluaran, dan sosial lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan adanya perbedaan tingkat kesejahteraan pedagang sepanjang Pantai Glagah dan Pantai Congot dilihat dari pendapatan dan sosial lainnya. Namun jika dilihat dari pengeluaran rumah tangga maka disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan tingkat kesejahteraan pedagang sepanjang Pantai Glagah dan Pantai Congot sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembangunan New Yogyakarta International Airport.

New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) is one of central government infrastructures that is currently under contruction. The infrastructure is located in the coastal of Temon sub-district, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta, which is very near to location of Glagah and Congot Beach. The infrastructure construction has several impact. One of the impcts is the closures of access to Glagah Beach and Congot Beach, hence relocation of beach sellers. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the construction of New Yogyakarta International Airport on the welfare level of sellers on Glagah and Congot Beach using cross section data in 2018. The data was collected using questionnaires to 60 beach sellers. The welfare level of beach sellers is proxied using income, expenditure and other social variables. Results of this study shows that there is a diffrence between the welfare level of sellers on Glagah and Congot Beach that is proxied by income and other social indicators, before and after NYIA. However, when the level of welfare is proxied by household expenditure, this study shows that there is no difference before and after NYIA construction.
