Dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk maka bertambah pula kebutuhan akan sarana rekreasi. Pantai Depok adalah salah satu tempat rekreasi yang ada di Kabupaten Bantul. Pantai Depok memiliki potensi yang cukup baik dan dibutuhkan suatu analisis untuk mengoptimalkan potensi yang ada tersebut. Ada kebutuhan yang signifikan untuk menilai dan menganalisis potensi yang ada, khususnya pada era pembangunan berkelanjutan ini. Triple Bottom Line adalah salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan. Triple Bottom Line didefinisikan suatu kerangka yang menghubungkan 3 bagian yaitu nilai ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengestimasi nilai ekonomi dari objek wisata Pantai Depok dengan Travel Cost Method, menganalisis nilai sosial yang ada di Pantai Depok berdasarkan enilaian sosial Triple Bottom Line dan menganalisis nilai lingkungan yang ada di Pantai Depok dengan konsep Blue Economy. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat, nilai konsumer surplus berada di interval Rp406.907,00 - Rp594.575,00 dan rata-ratanya adalah Rp500.741,00. Nilai ekonomi Pantai Depok berada di interval Rp179.060.427.440,00 - Rp261.643.912.695,00 dan rata-ratanya adalah Rp220.352.170.068,00. Nilai sosial yang di dapat adalah partisipasi masyarakat dijalankan melalui koperasi yang mengelola kawasan Pantai Depok dan masyarakat yang bekerja di Pantai Depok merasa bahwa dengan bekerja di Pantai Depok mampu memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari mereka. Nilai lingkungan diketahui bahwa sampah dari kawasan Pantai Depok dibuang begitu saja tanpa proses pengolahan sehingga dapat mencemari lingkungan sekitarnya.

With the increasing number of population, it also increases the need for recreational sites. Depok Beach is one of the recreational site in Bantul Regency. Depok Beach has a good potential and need to analysis to optimize its potential. There is a significant need to assess and analyze the potential of Depok Beach, especially in this era of sustainable development. Triple Bottom Line is one method that can be used. Triple Bottom Line is defined a framework that connects 3 parts of economic, social and environmental value. The objective of this research was to estimated the economic value of recreational site of Depok Beach using Travel Cost Method, to understand the social value of recreational site of Depok Beach based on social valuation of Triple Bottom Line and to analyzed the environmental values that exist in Depok Beach based on Blue Economy concept. Based on the result, the consumer surplus is in interval Rp406.907,00 - Rp594.575,00 and the average is Rp500.741,00. So the economic value of Depok Beach is in interval Rp179.060.427.440,00 - Rp261.643.912.695,00 and the average is Rp220.352.170.068,00. The social value that can be known in Depok Beach is the participation of the community are through a cooperative that manages Depok Beach area and the people who working on Depok Beach felt that by working in Depok Beach able to meet their daily needs. While on the environmental value is known that the waste from the Depok Beach area thrown away without being process so that it can pollute the surrounding area.
