Jersey bola adalah sebuah seragam atau baju dalam pembeda dalam olahraga sepak bola, awal mula sepak bola belum menggunakan jersey bola serta atribut lainnya. Kemudian berkembangnya olahraga sepak bola mulai dikembangkannya aturan penggunaan jersey bola untuk membedakan sebuah tim dalam pertandingan sepak bola. Sepak bola olahraga populer yang semakin berkembang menjadikannya olahraga yang banyak peminatnya, bukan hanya pemain sepak bola tetapi sudah banyak orang menyukai sebuah tim sepak bola. Dalam perkembangannya sepak bola menjadikan sebuah tim identik dengan ciri khasnya masing-masing antara lain yang paling terlihat adalah penggunaan jersey bola pada sebuah tim sepak bola. Tim sepak bola tertentu dengan ciri khas warna dapat membedakan dengan tim lain, disini mulai terlihat dari awal perkembangan jersey bola yang sudah banyak memiliki motiv serta bahan dan warna yang menarik pencinta sepak bola atau fans sepak bola yang rela mengeluarkan uang banyak untuk membeli jersey bola tim kesayangannya. Dalam penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat jersey bola membentuk identitas baru dengan gaya fashion yang menjadi tren baru dalam perkembangannya di era modern. Serta dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam mencari informasi dari narasumber untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat dalam menggunakan jersey bola kebanggaan mereka yang menjadi identitas baru di masyarakat. Disini terlihat mulai bermunculan apparel pembuat jersey bola untuk membuat jersey bola terlihat menarik untuk dijadikan sebuah produk jual dari sebuah tim sepak bola tertentu. Orang orang sekarang ini sudah menjadikan jersey bola menjadi sebuah fashion untuk berpakaian dan menjadi sebuah identitas diri mereka dalam menunjukan bahwa mereka adalah seorang fans tim sepak bola tertentu. Maka di era modern sekarang banyak ditemui orang yang memakai jersey bola di berbagai sudut jalan atau tempat.

Certain football teams that have color characteristis can differentiate with other teams, ranging from the beginning of the developing soccer shirts that have a lot of motivation, materials and colors that attract football fans or football fans who are willing to spend a lot of money to buy his favorite jersey team. And by using qualitative methods in finding information sources to find out the response of the community in using jersey balls of their pride that be new identity in society. People have now made the ball into fashion to be dressed and become their own identity in showing that they are fans certain football temas. So in the modern era now found many people who wear ball shirt in various corners of the road and other place.
