PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI DAN PENENTUAN HARGA KERIPIK SINGKONG SLONDOK PADA USAHA MIKRO, KECIL, MENENGAH (UMKM) HERRY MANDIRI KABUPATEN MAGELANG

INTISARI UMKM Herry Mandiri yang menghasilkan keripik singkong slondok melakukan perhitungan harga pokok produksi secara tradisional. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menghitung harga pokok produksi dan penentuan harga keripik singkong slondok pada UMKM Herry Mandiri. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan bersumber dari internal UMKM Herry Mandiri yang diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi untuk mengetahui proses produksi keripik singkong slondok serta perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang telah dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan UMKM Herry Mandiri tidak memiliki pencatatan mengenai perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian maka UMKM Herry Mandiri sebaiknya melakukan perhitungan harga pokok produksi ulang agar dapat mengetahui harga pokok produksi yang sebenarnya dan dapat memaksimalkan laba yang dihasilkan.

ABSTRACT Herry Mandiri SME that produce slondok cassava chips to calculate the cost of production in a traditional way. Research conducted to determine the cost of production and pricing in SME Herry Mandiri. The research using descriptive qualitative method and sourced from internal UMKM Herry Mandiri obtained by conducting interviews and observations to know the production process of slondok cassava chips and calculation of cost of goods manufactured. Based on the results of research conducted SME Herry Mandiri does not have record of the calculation of cost of goods manufactured. In accordance with the results of the research, Herry Mandiri SME to calculate the cost of production re-production in order to know the actual cost of production and can maximize the profit generated.
