MANAJEMEN PERSEDIAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PENGEKSPOR HORTIKULTURA STUDI DI PT BUMI SARI LESTARI

Indonesia merupakan salah satu penghasil produk hortikultura terbesar di Asia Tenggara, dimana salah satu penghasil produk hortikultura ialah Jawa Tengah. PT Bumi Sari Lestari merupakan salah satu distributor produk hotikultura yang ada di Indonesia untuk diekspor di Singapura, yang merupakan salah satu pasar yang besar untuk produk hortikultura dikarenakan ketidakmampuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya sendiri. Akan tetapi perusahaan seringkali tidak mampu untuk memnuhi permintaan dikarenakan permintaan yang fluktuatif dibarengi dengan pasokan yang juga fluktuatif. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu perhitungan persediaan guna mengetahui titik persediaan yang paling optimal untuk mengantisipasi kekurangan maupun kelebihan permintaan. Penelitian dimulai dengan mengambil data awal perusahaan, wawancara, serta data historis untuk permintaan maupun pasokan di perusahaan tersebut. Perhitungan dimulai dengan menghitung nilai service level perusahan. Nilai service level yang dihitung merupakan nilai service level dari beberapa komoditas yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Kemudian perhitungan terakhir ialah dengan menghitung inventory balancing dimana hasil perhitungan ini merupakan hasil paling optimal untuk optimasi persediaan. Hasil perhitungan nilai service level didapat untuk masing masing komoditas yaitu, giant potato 0,838, mini potato 0,847, baby potato 0,678, french bean 0,847, baby french bean 0,590, parsley, 0,797, rock melon 0,969, french bean QnQ 0,831. Dari hasil perhitungan inventory balancing didapatkan giant potato 5231,83 kg, mini potato 4869,19 kg, baby potato 1631,78 kg, buncis 2386,88 kg, baby buncis 2677,77 kg, parsley 480,76 kg, rock melon 37192,44 kg, buncis QnQ 2504,09 kg. Hasil perhitungan inventory balancing selalu lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan nilai rata - rata permintaan dari PT Bumi Sari Lestari, hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa perusahaan belum mampu memenuhi permintaan dari importir di Singapura dikarenakan kapasitas produksi yang belum memenuhi

PT Bumi Sari Lestari is one of the leading distributor of horticultural products in Indonesia that export their product to Singapore, where it is one of the major markets for horticultural products due to its inability to meet its own needs. However, companies are often unable to full fill the demand due to demand and supply fluctuation. For that it need an inventory calculation to determine the most optimal supply point to anticipate the shortage and excess demand. Research begins by collecting the initial data, interviews, also demand and supply historical data. The calculation begins by calculating the service level of the firm. The value of service level calculated is the value of the service level of some predetermined commodities. Then the last is calculating the inventory balancing that the result of this calculation is the most optimal result for inventory optimization. The results of the calculation of service level values obtained for each commodity are giant potato 0,838, mini potato 0,847, baby potato 0,678, french bean 0,847, baby french bean 0,590, parsley, 0,797, melon 0,969, french bean QnQ 0,831.From the calculation of inventory balancing; giant potato obtained 5231,83 kg, mini potato 4869,19 kg, baby potato 1631,78 kg, beans 2386,88 kg, baby beans 2677,77 kg, parsley 480,76 kg, rock melon 37192, 44 kg, QnQ beans 2504.09 kg. The calculation of inventory balancing is always higher when compared to the average demand from PT Bumi Sari Lestari, the result shows that the company has not been able to meet the demand from importers in Singapore due to the production capacity that has not fulfilled
