ANALISIS FAKTOR KESUKSESAN DALAM PROYEK IT: STUDI PADA PT.IFC

Lingkungan bisnis pada saat ini tidak terlepas dari peran teknologi untuk membantu proses bisnis yang dijalankan. PT IFC yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konsultan IT memiliki mempunyai permasalahan yaitu hampir setengah dari proyek yang dijalankan di rentang tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2017 tidak tepat waktu. Tepat watu merupakan indikator kesuksesan dalam proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesuksesan proyek di PT IFC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 3 faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek secara signifikan di PT IFC yaitu Top Management Support and Commitment, Project Team Competences, dan Strategic Planning. Sisa dari faktor-faktor yang tidak signifikan adalah Communications Management, Stakeholders Management, Partner and Suppliers Management, Project Management, dan Training and Education.

The business environment at this time can not be separated from the role of technology to help business process run. PT IFC is a company that have a service in IT consultant have a problem that is nearly half of the projects that have been finished from 2016 to 2017 are not meet the time constraint. Finished on time is the parameter of the project succession. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that significantly have an impact for the project succession in PT IFC. This research use PLS for see the relationship between variables. The result of this research is there are 3 factors that have a significant impact to project succession in PT IFC. There are Top Management Support and Commitment, Project Team Competences, and Strategic Planning. The rest of factors that not significantly have an impact are Communications Management, Stakeholders Management Education, Partner and Suppliers Management, Project Management, and Training and Education.
