Analisis Penyebab Terjadinya Losses Serta Pembuatan Sistem Untuk Mencegah Terjadinya Losses Di Bisnis PT Pertamina Patra Niaga

Berbisnis di bidang minyak pasti erat kaitannya dengan losses atau penyusutan bahan bakar minyak, dimana dampak yang terjadi akibat losses tersebut membuat perusahaan harus menanggung kerugian diatas ratusan milyar pertahun dan berdampak terhadap profit perusahaan. Jika losses ini tidak bisa dikontrol maka akan terus menerus menjadi biaya tambahan yang akan mengurangi profit perusahaan. Adapun faktor yang menyebabkan losses ini ialah faktor SDM, Sistem dan Sarana Fasilitas. Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai analisa penyebab terjadinya losses serta pembuatan sistem untuk mencegah terjadinya losses di bisnis PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya losses pada setiap unit bisnis yang dikelola serta bagaimana cara mencegah dan meminimalkan kerugian perusahaan yang disebabkan oleh losses. Dari penulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab losses utama diakibatkan oleh lemahnya pengawasan dan kontrol, sarana fasilitas yang kurang standar, tidak dibekali ilmu arus minyak korporat serta tidak adanya sistem monitoring secara real time. Namun setelah perusahaan memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut seperti membuat sistem monitoring online, pelatihan arus minyak korporat, perbaikan dan perawatan sarana fasilitas, tingkat kerugian perusahaan akibat losses semakin berkurang.

Doing business in the field of oil certainly closely related to losses or depreciation fuel, where the impact of the losses incurred as a result of making the company had to bear losses above hundreds of billion annually and affect profit the company. If these losses could not be controlled, it will continuously be additional charges that will reduce the company's profit. As for the factors that cause these losses was the factor of Human Resources, Systems and Facilities. This final project deals with an analysis of the causes of the occurrence of losses as well as the creation of a system to prevent the occurrence of losses in business PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. The purpose of this writing is to find out the cause of occurrence of losses on individual business units are managed as well as how to prevent and minimize losses caused by the company's losses. From this it can be concluded that main causes of losses caused by weak supervision and control, non standard facilities, lack of knowledge, lack of a monitoring system. However, after the companies fix the problems like making online monitoring system, the corporate training, repair and maintenance of facilities, loss of oil is decreasing and corporate profits increased.
