Pemenuhan Konsumsi Bahan Pangan Rumah Tangga Tani Desa Tambakrejo Kecamatan Tempel Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta

Desa Tambakrejo, Kecamatan Ngaglik, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki karakteristik ketahanan pangan dapat dilihat dari sistem panen yang dimiliki yaitu dua kali panen padi dan satu kali panen palawija. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui pemenuhan konsumsi bahan pangan rumah tangga tani, 2) mengetahui konsumsi rumah tangga tani menurut karakteristik sosio-demografi dan ekonomi rumah tangga tani, dan 3) mengetahui strategi pemenuhan konsumsi bahan pangan rumah tangga tani. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskripsi. Data yang dianalisis adalah data primer didapat dari hasil wawancara dengan responden dan data sekunder didapat dari lembaga-lembaga terkait seperti perangkat desa maupun Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemenuhan konsumsi bahan pangan berdasarkan intensitas waktu konsumsi sebanyak dua kali dan tiga kali sehari. Konsumsi bahan pangan pokok beras memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel karakteristik sosio-demografi dan ekonomi, namun tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap karakteristik sosio-demografi variabel status pendidikan. Strategi pemenuhan konsumsi bahan pangan lebih banyak dilakukan oleh responden dengan cara membeli bahan pangan dan berhemat. Secara geografis diversifikasi pangan terbatas dilakukan oleh sebagian responden karena hasil tani di lokasi penelitian adalah beras.

Tambakrejo Village, Sub district Ngaglik, District Sleman, Yogyakarta is a village that has a characteristic of food security that can be seen by its harvesting system, which harvest rice twice a year and once a year for crops. The purpose of this study are 1) To know the pattern of food consumption fulfillment by the farmer households, 2) To know the consumption pattern by farmer households according to the characteristic of socio-demographic and economy of farmer households, and 3) to know the strategy food consumption fulfillment by farmer households. The method of research is using descriptive analysis method. The data that analyzed is a primer; the data are collected by interviewed with respondents and by the secondary data that collected from the institution that related to the topic like the civil servant of village also from Statistics Indonesia. The results of the research analysis showed that the fulfillment of food consumption based on the intensity of consumption is twice and three times a day. The consumption of basic staple foods has an influence on the socio-demographic and economic characteristics variables, however the consumption of basic staple food has no effect on the socio-demographic characteristics of education status variables. The strategy of fulfilling food consumption is mostly done by the respondents by buying food and saving money. Geographically food diversification limited is done by some respondents because the produce of farming in the research location is rice.
