Dimensi Ketahanan Masyarakat Pesisir Sayung dalam Menghadapi Banjir Rob di Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dimensi ketahanan masyrakat pesisir dalam menghadapi banjir rob di kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak beserta faktor ancaman dan hambatannya. Penelitian dilaksanakan di 4 desa pesisir di Kecamatan Sayung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Analisis data menggunakan 3 unsur ketahanan yaitu adaptasi, coping capacity dan daya lenting. Analisis ketahanan tersebut difokuskan pada 4 aspek yaitu fisik, ekonomi, sosial dan institusional atau organisasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat pesisir Sayung memiliki ketahanan yang rendah dalam menghadapi banjir rob. Meskipun memiliki kemampuan beradaptasi dan coping capacity namun masyarakat pesisir Sayung belum mampu kembali pada kondisi sebelumnya.

This study discusses the dimensions of coastal community resilience in facing tidal flood in Sayung District, Demak District along with threat and challenge factors. The study was conducted in 4 coastal villages in Sayung sub-district which suffered heavy losses due to the flood. This research used qualitative method with case study approach. Data analysis used disaster resilience theory with 3 elements that are adaptation, coping capacity and resilience. Resilience analysis is focused on 4 main aspects that exist in society that are physical, economic, social and institutional. The results show that the four dimensions of endurance have attachment to one another. Other results indicate that the coastal community of Sayung has low resistance in facing tidal floods. Despite having the ability to adapt and coping capacity but the coastal community of Sayung has not been able to return to the normal or previous condition.
