ANALISIS METODE PEMBAGIAN ZONA PENGECORAN PADA STRATEGI PERCEPATAN PROYEK APARTEMEN PERTAMINA RU IV CILACAP

Kompleksitas proyek konstruksi menuntut perencanaan yang mendetail dengan pelaksanaan yang berbanding lurus dengan schedule yang sudah dicanangkan. Namun tidak banyak proyek konstruksi yang sering mengalami keterlambatan akibat strategi yang kurang tepat dan cepat dalam pelaksanaannya. Salah satu cara untuk menyiasati hal itu adalah strategi percepatan. Pekerjaan yang dipilih adalah pekerjaan pengecoran dengan metode pembagian zona. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas strategi percepatan dalam pekerjaan pengecoran dengan metode pembagian zona pada proyek pembangunan Apartemen Pertamina RU IV Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan dokumen-dokumen perencanaan proyek sebagai data primer dalam proses observasi dan studi kasus. Hasil perhitungan selisih antara nilai kumulatif realisasi dengan nilai kumulatif rencana berada di prosentase yang cukup baik. Sehingga didapatkan selisih perhitungan durasi yaitu 5 hari lebih cepat dari rencana yang semula berdurasi 24 hari menjadi 19 hari.

The complexity of the construction project requires detailed planning with implementation that is directly proportional to the schedule already proclaimed. But not many construction projects often experience delays due to improper and rapid strategy in its execution. One way to get around that is the strategy of acceleration. The job chosen is foundry work with the zone division method. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the acceleration strategy in the foundry work with the zoning method of the development project of Pertamina Apartment RU IV Cilacap, Central Java. This study uses project planning documents as primary data in the process of observation and case studies. The result of the calculation of the difference between the duration of realization with the duration of the plan is in a fairly good percentage. So obtained the difference calculation duration is 5 days faster than the plan from 24 days to 19 days.
