Analisis Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Sekolah Vokasi UGM Pada Konsentrasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi

Minat adalah pendorong manusia untuk lebih menjelajah bidang yang ditekuninya. Bagi mahasiswa-- terutama mahasiswa Akuntansi Sekolah Vokasi UGM, minat bisa menjadi faktor pendorong untuk memilih konsentrasi yang ditawarkan dalam program studinya. Salah satunya minat terhadap Konsentrasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, salah satu program peminatan yang ditawarkan oleh Program Studi Akuntansi selain Konsentrasi Akuntansi Keuangan. Sayangnya tidak banyak mahasiswa yang berminat pada Konsentrasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Tiap tahun, jumlah mahasiswa yang memilih konsentrasi studi ini sedikit sekali. Fenomena ini tergambarkan dalam penelitian yang diajukan sebagai bagian tugas akhir. Dalam penelitian ini, mahasiswa Akuntansi Sekolah Vokasi diajak melihat seberapa minat mereka dalam memilih Konsentrasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Dalam penelitian ini juga digambarkan faktor apa saja yang melatarbelakangi minat dan alasan mahasiswa Akuntansi Sekolah Vokasi UGM memilih konsentrasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi.

Interest is the driving force of humans to further explore the field he is engaged in. For students - especially students of Vocational School Accounting UGM, interest can be a driving factor to choose the concentration offered in the course of study. One of them is interest in Accounting Information System Concentration, one of the specialization programs offered by Accounting Study Program in addition to Financial Accounting Concentration. Unfortunately not many students are interested in the Concentration Accounting Information System. Each year, the number of students who choose this study concentration very little. This phenomenon is described in the research proposed as part of the final task. In this study, Vocational School Accounting students are invited to see how their interest in choosing the Accounting Information System Concentration. In this study also illustrated what factors are behind the interests and reasons students of Vocational School Accounting UGM chose the concentration of Accounting Information Systems.
