PERENCANAAN PENGADAAN RAK REKAM MEDIS RAWAT INAP DI RSUD DR. SOERATNO GEMOLONG SRAGEN

Latar Belakang: Bertambahnya berkas rekam medis yang ada melebihi kapasitas rak, serta sudah tidak ada ruang kosong untuk pertambahan ketebalan dokumen rekam medis. Keadaan ruangan yang masih cukup luas menyebabkan perlunya dilakukan penambahan rak. Kebutuhan rak yang memadai akan menciptakan sistem penyimpanan yang baik sehingga akan mempermudah petugas dalam pengambilan dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis, serta dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pasien. Tujuan: Menghitung kebutuhan rak filing berkas rekam medis rawat inap aktif di RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong Sragen pada tahun 2017- 2021 dan Merekomendasikan biaya kebutuhan rak filing berkas rekam medis rawat inap aktif untuk proyeksi selama tahun 2017- 2021. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian fenomenologis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 petugas filing dan vendor/ penyedia rak rekam medis. Hasil: Kebutuhan rak rekam medis untuk 5 tahun mendatang berdasarkan jenis roll opack yang digunakan di RSUD dr Soeratno Gemolong Sragen membutuhkan 8 unit roll opack, sudah terdapat 3 unit roll opack sehingga masih membutuhkan 5 unit roll opack. Menurut survey dan wawancara secara langsung dengan vendor roll opack pada tanggal 25 Mei 2017 yaitu vendor distributor TOKO MEBEL JEMPOL Jl. Brigjend Slamet Riyadi No.80, Keprabon, Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta, Jawa Tengah 57151, Indonesia. Sebagai alternatif 1 dan vendor penyedia pusatlemariarsip.com sebagai alternatif 2 Terkait harga dan spesifikasi yang diperlukan RSUD dr Soeratno Gemolong Sragen yaitu model I unit single, 1 unit single dynamic dan 2 double dynamic. Untuk alternatif 1 didapat hasil Rp24.000.000 perunit sedangkan alternatif 2 didapat hasil Rp28.080.000 perunit. Kesimpulan: Kebutuhan rak rekam medis untuk 5 tahun mendatang berdasarkan jenis roll opack yang digunakan di RSUD dr Soeratno Gemolong Sragen membutuhkan 8 unit roll opack, sudah terdapat 3 unit roll opack sehingga masih membutuhkan 5 unit roll opack. Biaya yang harus dikeluarkan RSUD dr Soeratno Gemolong Sragen untuk melakukan pembelian roll opack untuk kebutuhan 5 tahun mendatang yaitu untuk alternatif 1 didapat hasil Rp24.000.000 perunit sedangkan alternatif 2 didapat hasil Rp28.080.000 perunit. Background: Increase of existing medical record files exceeds shelf capacity, and there is no free space for increasing the thickness of medical record documents. The condition of the room that is still large enough to cause need to be done the addition of the shelf. Adequate shelf requirements will be create a good storage system that will facilitate the officer in the retrieval and return of medical record files and can improve the quality of service to patients. Objective: To calculate shelf requirement of hospitalization record of active hospitalization in dr. Soeratno Gemolong Sragen in the year 2017- 2021 and plan the cost of racket archive medical records active hospitalization for projections throughout the year 2017- 2021 Method: This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach and phenomonological research design. The subject of this research is 2 filing officer and vendor / provider of medical record rack Result: The need of medical record rack for the next 5 years based on the type of opack roll used in RSUD dr Soeratno Gemolong Sragen requires 8 units opack roll, there are 3 units opack roll so it still needs 5 units opack roll. Conclusion: Based on the type of opack roll used in RSUD dr Soeratno gemolong sragen Requires 8 units opack roll, there are 3 units opack roll so it still needs 5 units opack roll. The cost must be issued RSUD dr Soeratno Gemolong Sragen to make a roll opack purchase for the next 5 years that is for alternative 1 obtained results Rp24.000.000 perunit while the alternative 2 obtained results Rp28.080.000 perunit.
