Analisis Pekerjaan Bekisting Revetment (Studi Kasus pada Proyek ICB Civil Works Package no. 1 Construction of Diversion Channel in Putih River, The Urgent Disaster Reduction Project for Mount Merapi and Lower Progo River Area II)

Bekisting adalah media yang digunakan untuk mencetak beton dimana tidak pernah lepas dari pekerjaan konstruksi. Pemakaian bekisting dalam pekerjaan konstruksi sangat berpengaruh besar pada biaya proyek. Biaya bekisting berpengaruh 35% sampai 60% terhadap suatu pekerjaan beton. Pemilihan bahan dan metode yang tepat dapat mengefiensi biaya pekerjaan bekisting. Salah satu pekerjaan konstruksi yang biayanya sangat dipengaruhi oleh bekisting adalah pekerjaan revetment. Revetment adalah dinding penahan tanah pada lereng. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis membandingkan metode kerja dan biaya pekerjaan bekisting revetment antara PT Brantas dan PT Wijaya Karya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di proyek Icb Civil Works Package no.1 Construction of Diversion Channel in Putih River, The Urgent Disaster Reduction Project for Mount Merapi and Lower Progo River Area II di Muntilan, Magelang. Kedua kontraktor bekerja dalam proyek yang sama, namun metode yang digunakan berbeda. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan lapangan dan wawancara. Kemudian biaya didapatkan dari analisis lapangan dan perhitungan koefisien yang mengacu pada Permen PU-PR no 28 tahun 2016. Nilai yang didapatkan kemudian dibandingkan dengan RAB kontraktor yang diberikan ke Kementrian PU-PR. Dari penelitian ini telah dikaji metode pelaksanaan untuk pekerjaan bekisting revetment, yaitu menggunakan panel multiplex dan rangka hollow dengan metode tie rod dan PVC untuk PT Brantas dan plasticon untuk PT Wijaya Karya. Penelitian ini juga telah memberikan hasil hitungan kebutuhan bahan, alat, dan tenaga kerja dan biayanya dimana rata-rata biaya pekerjaan bekisting PT Brantas Rp 172.480/m2 sedangkan PT Wijaya Karya Rp 183.191/m2. Jika seluruh pekerjaan revetment dan pekerjaan beton dikerjakan oleh masing-masing kontraktor, diperoleh persentasi terhadap RAB oleh PT Brantas 4,1% dan PT Wijaya karya 2,7%.

Formwork is a media that used for shaping concrete where this works can not be avoided from construction work. The use of formwork in construction works makes a big impact to project cost. The cost of formwork affects 35% until 60% in concrete work. A proper selection in material and method can minimize the cost of formwork. One of construction works that has a big influence in formwork is revetment work. Revetment is a wall protection for slope. In this study, the writer compared the method of work and formwork cost for revetment between 2 contractors; PT Brantas and PT Wijaya Karya. This study takes place in ICB Civil Works Package no.1 Construction of Diversion Channel in Putih River, The Urgent Disaster Reduction Project for Mount Merapi and Lower Progo River Area II project in Muntilan, Magelang. Both of the contractors work in the same project, but they built it in different methods. Data collections are taken by direct observation in site and interview with the labors. Subsequently the cost of it is obtained from site analysis and coefficient calculation refers to Permen PU-PR no 28 in 2016. Furthermore the obtained number is compared to bill of quantity of contractor which is given to Kementrian PU-PR. Based on this study, there are 2 method of works for revetment formwork, using multiplex and hollow for tie rod and PVC method by PT Brantas and plasticon method by PT Wijaya Karya. On the other hand, this study has given the needs of materials, tools, and labours and the cost of them. The average cost of formwork installation of PT Brantas is Rp 172.480/m2 and the average cost of formwork installation of PT Wijaya Karya is Rp 183.191/m2. If all of revetment work and concrete work are constructed by each contractor, the percentage compared of bill of quantity by PT Brantas is 4,1% and PT Wijaya Karya is 2,7%.
