Alokasi Tenaga Kerja Rumah Tangga Tani pada Kegiatan Ekonomi di Kecamatan Purwareja Klampok Kabupaten Banjarnegara

Rumah tangga tani di Kecamatan Purwareja Klampok, Kabupaten Banjarnegara tidak lepas dari masalah produksi usahatani yang menurun akibat pengaruh cuaca dan hama penyakit tanaman, terbatasnya lapangan pekerjaan pertanian serta sempitnya lahan pertanian yang mengakibatkan petani harus mencari pekerjaan sampingan diluar usahatani untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui alokasi tenaga kerja rumah tangga tani pada kegiatan usahatani dan luar usahatani, (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi alokasi tenaga kerja rumah tangga tani pada usahatani dan luar usahatani, (3) Mengetahui besarnya kontribusi pendapatan usahatani dan pendapatan rumah tangga dari luar usahatani terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga tani. Metode dasar penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, penentuan responden ditentukan secara simple random sampling yaitu 30 rumah tangga tani di Kecamatan Purwareja Klampok. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis rerata uji t berpasangan (paired sample t-test) dan analisis regresi berganda dengan metode kuadrat terkecil OLS (Ordinary Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Alokasi tenaga kerja rumah tangga tani pada luar usahatani lebih besar daripada usahatani, dimana alokasi suami pada usahatani lebih besar dari istri, sedangkan pada alokasi tenaga kerja luar usahatani suami sama dengan istri dan lebih besar dari anggota rumah tangga, (2) Alokasi tenaga kerja pada usahatani dipengaruhi positif oleh luas lahan sawah, sedangkan arah negatif dipengaruhi oleh upah di luar usahatani, serta alokasi pada kegiatan luar usahatani dipengaruhi positif oleh upah di luar usahatani, (3) Kontribusi pendapatan luar usahatani lebih besar dibandingkan usahatani dengan pendapatan suami sama dengan istri dan lebih besar dari anggota rumah tangga.

Farm household in Purwareja Klampok Subdistrict, Banjarnegara District can not be separated from the problem of decreasing farm production due to the influence of weather, pests and plant diseases, limited agricultural work, and the narrowness of agricultural land that forced the farmers to look for side jobs to ful fill their daily needs. This study aims to (1) know the allocation of farm household labor in farming and non-farming activities, (2)to know the factors that affect the farm household worker in farming and non-farming activities, (3) to know the contribution of farm income and household income from outside farming to the farm household income. The basic method of this research is descriptive method. The determination of respondents used simple random sampling that is 30 farm household in Purwareja Klampok Subdistrict. Data analysis was done by paired sample t-test and multiple regression analysis with the least squares method of OLS (Ordinary Least Square). The result of the research shows that (1) the allocation of farm household labor outside the farming is bigger than the farming system, where the husband allocation in farming is bigger than the wife, while the husband worker outside husband dry is equal to the wife and bigger than the household member. (2) The allocation of labor on the field farm is positively affected by wetland area, and negatively affected by non-farming wages. The allocation of labor in non-farming activities is positively affected by non-farming wages, (3) Revenue contribution from the non-farming is greater than farming with the husband�s income equal to the wife�s and bigger than household members.
