APLIKASI SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN UNTUK PENENTUAN TUJUAN WISATA DI PROVINSI MALUKU DENGAN METODE CASE BASED REASONING

Pariwisata merupakan suatu kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan perjalanan. Pariwisata saat ini menjadi hal yang sangat diperhatikan, karena pariwisata mulai menjadi suatu kebutuhan beberapa orang saat berlibur dan daerah wisata mulai diperhatikan dengan baik oleh pemerintah. Pariwisata dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi masyarakat sekitar daerah wisata dan memberikan pemasukan bagi daerah tersebut. Daerah provinsi maluku memiliki banyak sekali daerah wisata yang sangat indah, karena begitu banyak daerah wisata dan kurangnya promosi sehingga beberapa daerah wisata Maluku tidak diketahui oleh wisatawan. Case Based Reasoning adalah pendekatan yang membandingkan suatu kasus baru dengan kasus yang sudah ada. Case Based Reasoning digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah penentuan daerah wisata Provinsi Maluku. Case Based Reasoning akan diimplementasikan dalam Mobile Website untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam menentukan daerah wisata dan menerima informasi mengenai daerah wisata yang ada di Provinsi Maluku. Case Based Reasoning akan digabungkan dengan metode similarity dalam memberikan pembobotan. Selain itu menggunakan ontology dalam menangani masukan dari pengguna, sehingga SPK yang dibangun dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil uji black box menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan fungsionalitasnya. Sedangkan, hasil evaluasi sistem yang dilakukan oleh pengguna menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu menentukan daerah tujuan wisata di Provinsi Maluku dengan skala evaluasi mencapai 4.84.

Tourism is an activity that is related to travel. Tourism now become very concerned, since tourism began to be a need for some people while on vacation and tourist areas began to be considered well by the government. Tourism can provide benefits to the surrounding community and the tourist areas to provide income to the area. Maluku province area has many beautiful tourist area, because so many area attractions and the lack of promotion that some tourist areas Maluku unknown by tourists. Case Based Reasoning is an approach that compares a new case with the existing case. Case Based Reasoning is used to solve the problem of determining the tourist area of Maluku province. Case Based Reasoning will be implemented in a Mobile Website to facilitate the user in determining the tourist areas and receive information about tourist areas in the province of Maluku. Case Based Reasoning will be combined with the similarity in giving weighting method. Besides using ontology to handle input from the user, so that the SPK was built to meet the needs of users. Black box results show that the system can be run in accordance with the functionality. Meanwhile, the result of the evaluation conducted by the user system shows that the system can help determine the tourist destination in the province of Maluku with the evaluation scale reached 4.84
