APLIKASI ANALITICAL NETWORK PROCESS (ANP) DALAM PENENTUAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR PRIORITAS PEMILIHAN VENDOR TRUCKING LOGISTIK PIHAK KETIGA STUDI PADA PUSAT LOGISTIK BERIKAT DI PT ABC

Sebuah perusahaan logistik PT.ABC dalam aktivitas operasionalnya untuk pengiriman barang menuju gudang Pusat Logistik Berikat (PLB) melakukan kerjasama dengan vendor trucking jasa angkutan darat untuk menjamin tersedianya armada. Dari data yang diperoleh penggunaan armada sendiri (32%) dan sisanya sebanyak (68%). menggunakan vendor trucking pihak ketiga (3PL). Pemilihan vendor trucking adalah masalah pengambilan keputusan yang cukup penting dalam mata rantai supply chain menekan biaya pembelian sehingga meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor prioritas apakah yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam memilih vendor jasa angkutan darat trucking dengan pertimbangan yang lebih komprehensif dan obyektif sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observersi, wawancara untuk mengetahui variabel penting dalam pemilihan vendor jasa logistik untuk pengangkutan barang menuju gudang PLB hingga mengelompokkanya ke dalam kluster dan kriteria. Secara bertahap, Kuesioner I dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) digunakan untuk memperoleh konsensus kriteria penting pemilihan vendor trucking. Kuesioner II digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai keterkaitan antar kriteria dan diolah menggunakan metode Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL). Kuesioner III digunakan untuk mengetahui perbandingan berpasangan antar kluster/antar kriteria dan diolah menggunakan metode Analitycal Network Process (ANP) dengan bantuan software Super Decisions. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor prioritas atas kriteria dalam pemilihan vendor trucking adalah Spesifikasi armada sesuai standar safety (0.3440), Harga pengiriman per trip yang murah (0.1595), Kualitas pengemudi dan kelengkapan APD (0.1185), Ketersediaan armada yang banyak (0.1155), Kemampuan merespon permintaan sewaktu waktu (0.0573), Harga yang dapat dinegosiasi (0.0531), Fleksibilitas perubahan waktu pengiriman (0.0441), Pengiriman tepat waktu (0.0366), Sistem pembayaran yang dapat tempo (0.0215), Bertanggung jawab penggantian claim (0.0213), Fleksibilitas permintaan jumlah armada (0.0130), Keuangan vendor yang kuat (0.0101), Lama telah bekerjasama dengan PT.ABC (0.0050), Reputasi & Pengalaman (0.0000)

A logistics company of PT. ABC in operational activities for delivering of goods to the warehouse Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) were required cooperation with land transportation services trucking vendor provider to ensure the availability of the fleet. From the data that obtained, the using its own fleet is (32%) and the remaining (68%) were using vendor trucking third party (3PL). Trucking vendor selection decision is a matter of considerable importance in the whole of supply chain, it is because initiative to reduce cost of purchasing to enhance the competitiveness of companies. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether the priority factors that should be considered in selecting the trucking vendor of land transportation services to get more comprehensive and objective as needed. Data collected through observation and interviews to determine the important variables in the selection of trucking vendor for delivering goods to the warehouse PLB by grouping into clusters and criteria. Gradually, Questionnaire I and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) were used to obtain the consensus of the important criteria for selection of vendors trucking. Questionnaire II is used to determine the value of linkages between criteria and processed using methods of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL). Questionnaire III is used to determine the pairwise comparisons between clusters / inter criteria and processed using methods Analytical Network Process (ANP) with the help of Software Super Decisions. In this study it was found that factors important criteria in the selection of vendors trucking is a specification of fleet appropriate with safety standard (0.3440), Shipping price per trip is cheap (0.1595), Quality drivers and completeness of Personel Protective Equipment (PPE) is (0.1185), Availability of a fleet that many (0.1155), Ability to respond to demand at any time (0.0573), Shipping prices can be negotiated (0.0531), Flexibility changes in delivery time (0.0441), On time delivery (0.0366), The payment to be term of payment model (0.0215), Responsible to reimbursement claim (0.0213) , Flexibility to request the number of fleet (0.0130), Good financing condition (0.0101), How long have cooperated with PT.ABC (0.0050), Reputation & Experience (0.0000)
