ANALISIS KESUKSESAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI ERP-SAP PADA PT PLN (PERSERO) UNIT INDUK PEMBANGUNAN JAWA BAGIAN TENGAH II

PT PLN (Persero) mengimplementasikan sistem ERP-SAP untuk mendukung proses bisnis yang lebih cepat, akurat dan akuntabel serta mengikuti pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah implementasi sistem ERP-SAP pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Jawa Bagian Tengah II sukses dan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan mengadopsi model DeLone dan McLean. Model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean diukur melalui enam dimensi yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, niat untuk menggunakan atau menggunakan, kepuasan pengguna, dan nilai bersih (net benefit) perusahaan. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Jawa Bagian Tengah II dimana pada tanggal 01 Januari 2016 telah mengimplementasikan sistem ERP-SAP. Data diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 53 orang responden yang merupakan pemegang role user sistem ERP-SAP di PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Jawa Bagian Tengah II. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Variance Based SEM atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan software yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS Versi 3.0. Hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem ERP-SAP pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Jawa Bagian Tengah II tidak semua terbukti sukses dan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan pendekatan analisis model DeLone dan McLean. Berdasarkan model tersebut variabel niat menggunakan atau menggunakan terbukti secara empiris dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi sedangkan kepuasan pengguna terbukti secara empiris dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan. Niat menggunakan atau menggunakan sistem ERP-SAP dan kepuasan pengguna sistem ERP-SAP berpengaruh positif terhadap manfaat bersih perusahaan.

PT PLN (Persero) implements ERP-SAP system to encourage a business process that is faster, more accurate, and more accountable, as well as to keep up with the rapid development of the current technology. This research aims at evaluating whether the implementation of ERP-SAP system at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Jawa Bagian Tengah II is successful and has positive impact on the organization performance by adopting DeLone and McLean model. DeLone and McLean Model of Information Systems Success is measured in six dimensions, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, the intention to use or the use, user satisfaction, and net benefit of the company. The subject of this research is PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Jawa Bagian Tengah II, in which on 01 January 2016 had implemented ERP-SAP system. The data was obtained from the questionnaires distributed to 53 respondents who were the role user holder of ERP-SAP system at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Jawa Bagian Tengah II. The data was analyzed using Variance Based SEM approach or which is more commonly known as Partial Least Square (PLS) and using SmartPLS software Version 3.0. The test result demonstrates that the implementation of ERP-SAP system at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Jawa Bagian Tengah II is not all proven to be successful and has positive impact on the organization performance by using the analysis approach of DeLone and McLean model. Based on that model, the intention to use or the use variable is proven empirically to be influenced by the system quality and the information quality, while the user satisfaction is empirically proven to be influenced by the service quality.The intention to use or the use of ERP-SAP system and the user satisfaction of ERP-SAP system have positive influence on the net benefit of the company.
