FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB TERJADINYA SELISIH STOK BARANG (SPAREPART) DI SISTEM KOMPUTER DENGAN GUDANG WORKSHOP PADA PT ASTRA INTERNATIONAL TBK- HONDA CABANG YOGYAKARTA

Persediaan merupakan salah satu aset tetap yang sangat penting bagi suatu entitas baik perusahaan ritel, manufaktur, jasa maupun entitas lainnya yang nantinya akan dijual kembali. Penyimpanan barang merupakan salah satu aktivitas penunjang dari sistem logistik. Di gudang workshop PT Astra International Tbk- Honda Cabang Yogyakarta terdapat permasalahan yang menggangu pengelolaan dan berpengaruh pada aset perusahaan yaitu terjadinya selisih jumlah stok barang di sistem dengan gudang workshop. Efek yang diakibatkan dari terjadinya selisih jumlah stok barang di sistem komputer dengan gudang workshop yaitu terjadinya kekosongan stok pada saat adanya permintaan barang dari konsumen. Tugas Akhir ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya selisih jumlah stok barang di sistem komputer dengan gudang workshop pada PT Astra International Tbk- Honda Cabang Yogyakarta. Pengelolaan data yang diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi akan diolah dengan menggunakan metode root cause analysis dan disajikan dengan menggunakan cause and effect diagram. Metode ini digunakan untuk mencari tahu akar-akar penyebab permasalahan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan selisih jumlah stok barang di sistem komputer dengan gudang workshop. Terdapat 4 aspek penyebab terjadinya selisih jumlah stok barang yaitu aspek prosedur, human error, sistem, dan luas gudang. Selain itu terdapat 8 akarakar permasalahan penyebab dari aspek tersebut yaitu penjualan manual, peminjaman manual, kurang konsentrasi, kurangnya karyawan, kecerobohan karyawan, mati listrik, dan ukuran gudang yang kecil.

Inventory is one of the assets of an entity is very important for both companies retail, manufacturing, services and other entities that will be resold. Saving product is one of supporting activities of logistic system. In the workshop warehouse of Yogyakarta Astra International Tbk- Honda branch, there is a problem in case of its management which affect the company assets, that is the differnce of sum of good stock in the system and the workshop warehouse. The effect which is caused by the difference of sum of good stocks in the system and the workshop waerehouse is stocks emptiness in a time of goods demand from the consumer. This final project is written by using a qualitative research method by the aim of knowing the factors which cause the difference of sum of good stocks in the system and the workshop warehouse of Yogyakarta Astra Internation Tbk- Honda branch. The data analysis which is taken by interview and documentation technique will be processed by the root cause analysis method and will be presented by using cause and effect diagram. This method is used to find out the root of the problem. The result of this research shows that there are some factors which cause the difference of sum of good stocks in the system and the workshop warehouse. There are four factors which cause the difference of sum of good stocks; those are prosedure, human error, system, and commodious of the warehouse. Besides, there are eight roots of problem which cause the appearance of the factors causing the problem, those are sales manual, borrow manual, lack of consentration, less of labour, careless, extinguish of electricity, and commodious of the warehouse.
