DAMPAK MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KETAHANAN EKONOMI KELUARGA KARYAWAN (Studi di Divisi Umum dan Sumber Daya Manusia PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finance)

Penelitian tentang dampak motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap ketahanan ekonomi keluarga (Studi di Divisi Umum dan Sumber Daya Manusia PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finance) bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh dan dampak motivasi & disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Divisi Umum dan Sumber Daya Manusia PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finance. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus, dilakukan pengumpulan data kuantitatif berdasarkan daftar pertanyaan yang diisi oleh responden dan data kualitatif sesuai hasil wawancara dengan informan serta studi kepustakaan, dilakukan pembahasan dan analisis untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik variabel pengetahuan dan sikap kepala keluarga berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan ekonommi keluarga. Variabel sikap merupakan aspek paling dominan memengaruhi kesiapsiagaan rumah tangga. Disarankan kepada Pimpinan di PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finance untuk: 1) Diperlukan penelitian atau kajian tentang pengembangan kesejahteraan karyawan PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finance baik melalui penyesuaian gaji, pemberian remunerasi, kompensasi ataupun bonus. 2) Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program pengembangan SDM karyawan PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finance melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang terarah dan valid baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri

The research about motivation and work discipline towards family economic resilience (a study at General Division and Human Resources of PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finance) aims to determine the level of influence and impact motivation and discipline on the performance of employees in the general division and human resources of PT. Batavia ProsperindoFinance. Methods descriptive qualitative research in the form of case studies, quantitative data were collected by questionnaires filled out by respondents and qualitative data according to the results interview with informants and literature study, discussion and analysis conducted to obtain the results. The results showed that the statistical variables of knowledge and attitude of the head of family influence on the economic resilience of the family. Variable attitude is the most dominant aspect affecting domestic preparedness. Suggested to the leadership of the PT. Batavia Prosperindo Finance for: 1) Required studies or assessments on the development of the welfare of the employees of PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance either through the adjustment of salaries, remuneration, compensation or bonus. 2) Planning and implementation of human resources development program of employees of PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance through education and training that targeted da valid both at home and abroad.
