ANALISIS DETERMINAN CAPITAL FLOWS DI INDONESIA: DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONONOMI NASIONAL PERIODE 2003/Q2 - 2016/Q2

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan Capital flows di Indonesia dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja perekonomian nasional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuartalan dengan periode 2003/Q2 - 2016/ Q2 dan model analisis yang dipakai adalah Simultaneous equation model yang terspesifikasi sebagai Two stages least square. Dari hasil estimasi persamaan capital flows dapat disimpulkan bahwa capital flows di Indonesia sangat dipengaruhi oleh push factors dibandingkan pull factors. Sementara, Dari hasil estimasi persamaan Gross domestic product dapat dilihat bahwa kontribusi investasi asing terhadap GDP jauh lebih besar dari kontribusi investasi domestiknya.

This study aimed to analyze the determinants of capital flows and its impact on the Indonesia economic growth. The data used in this study are the quarterly data over the period 2003/Q2 - 2016/ Q2 and the analysis model used is Simultaneous equation models with specifications Two stages least square. From the estimation of capital flows equation can be concluded that the capital flows in Indonesia are very influenced by push factors than pull factors. Meanwhile, From the estimation of gross domestic product equation can be seen that the contribution of foreign investment to GDP is much greater than the contribution of domestic investment.
